The only real issue I have with it is the way the episodes cut off. If there was less focus on time length and more on continuity it would jump that score up. Otherwise the plot and cast are just great and I can’t wait to see how C2 plays out

Short but action packed episodes with a cast of players who make you feel emotionally attached to each and every character, as well as a terrific DM that helps paint vivid scenes to showcase each member of the party and surrounding world.

I love this podcast because it is super quick and engaging but funny as well. I love playing DnD, so being able to listen to a campaign while doing things like the dishes and laundry. This is definitely worth a listen, and I definitely recommend it!

I have searched for a D&D podcast that had good descriptions of what was happening and where the story line was good. This went wayyyyy past my expectations. I love this podcast so much my family got me a D&D kit so my family can play together, I’m so exited to start Dming and playing with my family. Ps: I’m 14

Love this podcast. It is clean and safe for kids to listen to. Adults love it too. The players and DM amazing, I listen to this as I clean the house. I used to use it to fall asleep at night - but I had to stop because I was so invested I couldn’t fall asleep!

I’ve been a DnD junkie for years and these players and the DM are great. The role-play is tight and the interactions are wonderful between them as players. I would play with these people if the chance came up, so take a moment and give them a listen. You won’t regret it.

There are a lot of TTRPG podcasts out there, but this one is unique. It is cut up into easy to consume bites with a crew that just likes to have fun! Matt, the Dungeon Master, doesn’t get overly flowery in his descriptions and keeps game play moving fast. All the characters stay in character without meta-gaming scenarios. Truly a fun romp for the beginner or experienced adventurer alike! Enjoy!

What a happy surprise it was to come across the brand-new Twenty Sides podcast this week. We have about an hour commute to work every day, so we’re always on the lookout for new podcasts to listen to and this one really checks a lot of boxes for us. Here are three things we love about it. 1 - Interesting and easily discernable main characters A lot of audio-only D&D shows can be a tough listen because it’s hard to figure out who’s speaking. That’s not a problem with a barbarian, a cleric, a wizard, and (soon, we hope) a rogue. The characters each have unique traits that make it easy to understand who’s doing what and why, and the players do an excellent job with character voices. It’s always clear who’s speaking, which may sound like a small thing, but it’s a huge hurdle to overcome for many shows we’ve tried previously. 2 - Production quality On top of the character voices making this podcast an easy listen, the production quality is superb. I’ve worked in audio media for about a decade including a significant stint in large market radio, so I highly value audio quality. Twenty Sides crushes it again here. In an era of crackly Zoom audio and low-quality microphones, this show sounds perfect. 3 - Consumable size Other than audio quality and indistinguishable characters, bloat is the biggest problem in a lot of D&D media. Most shows simply don’t need to be as long as they are. Four-hour in-person sessions are one thing, but if you’re making something for other people to watch or listen to, there’s no reason for things to run that long. Even the very best D&D shows have trouble justifying and sustaining that runtime. But that’s not a problem on Twenty Sides. Their shorter runtimes give you a lot of story in an easily consumable package. Through three episodes, we’ve always felt like we got to hear a lot of stuff without having to work to get through slower parts. If you want an easy-to-listen-to podcast with great production quality and interesting characters, give Twenty Sides a listen!

With how detailed they are with the story-telling in their D&D sessions, I can imagine everything in my head. Brings back memories of playing with my D&D friends in college 😆

The pace, characters, world building, and story telling all combine effortlessly to create a great listening experiences for anybody. It doesn’t matter if they are DnD or non-DnD fans.

Twenty Sides is a phenomonal example of the kind of high quality entertainment that can come from a game of D&D. The audio quality is top notch, the DM's story immediately hooks you, and the characters are all great!

Just like the title says, you do not want to miss out on the adventures of the twenty sides characters. Great story, adventure, and listen. Looking forward to future episodes.

I've listened to so many different DnD Podcasts. This one is the best I've heard. The DM creates a great, engaging story and does so many voices for characters. The players all stay in character for the majority of the episode. The audio is great, unlike most DnD podcasts I listen to and you can tell they edit it with the listener in mind! I can't recommend this enough. It's seriously on the same level as Critical Role and Glass Cannon!

What I love about this podcast is that it checks all the boxes for me. Great story telling, incredible characters, I feel like I'm at the table with them, and it’s paced so that everything is continuously moving. You will love this!

This podcast is seriously so entertaining, funny, and immersive. I literally can’t get enough of these characters. They flow so well, are fun to listen to, and the storyline is so addictive. I can’t recommend this podcast enough. Such a good listen for beginner (and well-seasoned) DnD geeks.
