kahpytThought provoking and nuanced perspectivesI love this podcast and the variety of guests for the different perspectives and topics but also the nuance that comes with each one. I find myself thinking differently or considering my role as a DEI facilitator and consultant in new ways.

RichardC827Crypto LoverI had the pleasure of coming and speaking on the show and I must say Mahan did an incredible job. He was well prepared, asked excellent questions, and everything was extremely professional. Alex425xyzGreat insights, great guests!I listened to the recent episode with Jerry Sachs and it had some great insights into how to make an impact in your community through leadership efforts. This episode is so applicable to a wide audience! As a small business owner who puts an emphasis on community service and regularly giving back, this episode gave me ideas on how to implement some of the best practices mentioned to make an impact past monetary donations to specific organizations. Mahan did a great job personalizing Jerry’s experiences and expertise as a leader to be applicable for listeners - a true testament to his hosting.

Todd CherchesOne of my very favorite leadership podcasts! When it comes to leadership, Mahan Tavakoli definitely knows his stuff! And when it comes to engaging and informative conversations with a wide range of terrific guests talking about leadership, the Partnering Leadership podcast is one of the best show out there. It is one of the few podcasts that I make it a point never to miss an episode of.

Coach KonAdding Value through Unique and Authentic PerspectivesMahan is an amazing facilitator of insights as he brings out the best in his guests for the benefit of his audience. His extensive experience and background in business, leadership, and learning only add depth and perspective to the discussions. Mahan's servant leadership aproach gives each guest the opportunity to share their unique perspectives and leadership journey with the audience. He is not afraid to let his guests shine and his anti-fragility comes through in the honesty and intimacy of the discussions. I was a fan before becoming a guest, but more importantly I am richer for the opportunity to be a friend. Keep up the great work Mahan!

Stellar ConversationRelevance that Resonates!Mahan has that special sauce, you know the one that makes a good thing even better?! I loved his interview with Shannon Huffman Polson so much, I listened to it twice. It’s important to interview leaders who have insights to share, but you must also engage your audience with different viewpoints. Mahan is an active listener and with his ability to quickly identify the critical “nugget” in a segment-he drives home the value of each conversation and of this leadership podcast. Shannon’s conversation on her new book, “The Grit Factor “ is about a powerful women leading through adversity. Added bonus during COVID and this interview is that Mahan gave his two teenage daughters a chance to ask Shannon a question. What a great opportunity for young women and all people to engage with a role model!

A Motley FoolHigh-energy, high content.Mahan brings a passion and many lessons and stories to his interviews; he prepares well for his interviewees, makes them the stars, but the real story of this podcast is the character, wit, and experience brought to listeners by the host.
