A lot of Christian podcasts give the idea or feel of what you should do, but this podcast gives practical steps on how to love your spouse well and it is so incredibly helpful! I hope it’s a great resource for many people!

I have been familiar with this podcast for over seven years, and it has transformed my marriage of nearly 40 years! Four years ago, I connected with DYM and did one of their courses and that was the best thing that I ever did for my marriage!

I’ve listened to many of these podcasts and have actually done the related coursework. I highly recommend this Biblically-based, practical content!

I took the Masculinity Reclaimed course about 22 months ago. My wife Started the intimate freedom course at the same time. We were open in conversation about “sex”(NOTICE: I did not say physical intimacy) being “a thing” and it having it’s own pulse in our relationship. I was aware that link of the chain touched and affected (and was an integral supporting link to) every other link of the chain. We had a significant biblical understanding of what the God was calling us to. We were stuck in implementing many of these things practically. We both agreed that seeking help from Belah was a good idea. Her character on the podcasts was deeply confirmed while spending time with her on the courses. What you hear and see on the podcasts is what you get, only tailored specifically to your current situation, with the same biblical insight, dedicated loving service, honesty, sincerity, grace and steadfastness for your good. Since taking the courses my wife and I are playful, our communication with and acceptance of each other the way we are is unrecognizable from the beginning. It’s truly amazing. We knew God designed marriage for more. The reason we ultimately decided to take the course was because we knew and agreed that God designed marriage and specifically PHYSICAL INTIMACY (NOTICE The change In verbiage looking back). Physical intimacy has now become the culmination of all other expressions of intimacy in our marriage. Ephesians 5 parallels marriage with Christ and the church and it being “a profound mystery”. Oh, is it. God desires our deep, complete, unbridled intimacy with Him. He desires that we respect and honor Him and His authority. He desires to be completely known and accepted. He wants us to affirm him to himself as well as in front of others. So does the husband. He was made in the image of God with masculine energy. Jesus came as one who submitted to a higher authority, submissive and obedient to that higher authority, took his place and purpose under that authority as the utmost importance in His life. He was loving, gentle, sincere, graceful, kind, self-controlled, joyful in all situations, peaceful and peace giving and patient. What more do women desire more deeply from her husband than these things? God desires to be deeply known by us. For us to accept who He is, as He is! He wants us to cherish Him for who He is. To show Him off to others as our prized possession. For Him to be the star of the show. He desires to be listened to, to be understood, to have emotionally intimate time alone with us. He wants to be affirmed in who he is. He wants us to acknowledge who He is and “compliment” Him for the things He does in our lives. So does the wife. She was made in God’s image with feminine energy. Praise God for His timing and praise God for Belah Rose and her obedience to God’s call on her life!! We love you Belah. Update. It’s been over 4 years now. Having gone through the courses we have continued to grow in many different ways. Most noteably for me has been my ability to focus on my mental health and overcoming trauma from my past. Alongside this, leading in many other areas of our lives including things that do not make her happy at the time are areas of growth for me. Thanks again Belah!!

I have been listening to this podcast for over a year now and I am continually blown away by how spot on the material and suggestions are. Wow! Belah does an amazing job at letting the Holy Spirit guide her talks and material. It is so evident she loves Jesus with all her heart and uses that relationship to bring forth solid, Biblically based content to help us grow in our marriage relationship. Even if you are the only one listening and putting into practice what is shared, God will change your marriage as He changes your heart. I have learned more about how humility and following Jesus’ example will help me love my wife in a more fulfilling way, change the atmosphere in our home and change how she responds to me in a more positive way. Lives and marriages are being changed by this ministry and it is super inspiring!

I’ve only been in the program for 5 weeks. But so much has been revealed to me through the program. I am so hopeful and encouraged and already, I have seen such positive changes in our marriage. God is the center of the program and the scaffold for all of the tools and skills learned through the program. I know because of this, in His perfect time, we are able to honor our marriage covenant and grow together, unified and full of joy!!

I started listening to DYM three years ago. Initially, I found the broadcasts while looking for something to excite our marriage. Without my wife listening to a single episode, our marriage began to improve because I implemented changes in myself. The podcasts bless me, over and over. I am finally starting the "Masculinity Reclaimed" course work, and I am sure that God will bless us as I continue on this journey of seeking God and self-change. If you want a more intimate life with your partner, start listening to DYM, and start working on yourself. God will honor those prayers!

I love how Belah handles difficult and / or sensitive topics so graciously! I always come away with something practical or challenging and it’s always Biblical.

My husband and I have been married for 37 years. We have just recently in the last year begun listening to various Christian podcasts about sex and marriage. We have learned a lot but we have especially enjoyed Belah Rose. She doesn’t just talk about new techniques or the mechanics of sex but her podcast integrates the gift of sex with all of life… especially our walk with God. This is so important because God is the one who created sex… it is His gift. Knowing that Belah has a deep relationship with God herself gives us confidence in her advice.We find her to be engaging and compassionate in all of her conversations. Definite worth listening to!

I’ve been looking for a Christian marriage intimacy podcast and stumbled across a gold mine with Belah’s. I went back to the beginning of the episode list, which is a good 6 years ago now. I’m working my way up to current, but I’ve got a lot to go! It’s great to have a space where Christian sex can be discussed openly. I feel that the church is lacking in this a bit bc it can be “uncomfortable” to talk about. However, it’s one of the most important topics regarding marriage and couples need to understand each other’s needs to really flourish and actualize God’s purpose for our lives. I have a great marriage, but something we’ve struggled with for most of our marriage is my wife’s lack of sexual desire. I’ve tried many Christian podcasts and books for answers. We’ve thought perhaps it was due to changes in her body after having children. Most of the answers I gathered had to do with making sure she enjoyed the sex, encouraging her to accept her conjugal duties as a wife, understanding that she has responsive desire, etc. Nothing I learned was truly changing her desire for me. Things helped a little here and there, but nothing radical. But then I discovered this podcast 4 days ago. Since then, she’s initiated 3 times- we’re lucky to have sex twice a week (and I’m initiating most of the time)! I haven’t initiated at all- haven’t had to! I’m seriously blown away at the revelation the Holy Spirit has given me thru this podcast. It’s truly an answer to prayer, praise Jesus! It dawned on me that I wasn’t pursuing her romantically as I should- that her lack of desire was MY fault. This changed everything- and I haven’t even taken the courses yet! Soo excited to pursue being the husband she would want. THANK YOU!

Horny is Holy! 🙌🏽🤣 Since I was 10yrs old I dreaded the concept of sex and marriage and now I look forward to kicking satans lies out of my life one day at a time. And I hope and pray that like me it will reach and help many more women out there! I will be getting married here in the next 6 days. Growing up all I knew was men rape, young women become pregnant, and birth control screws up the body. Then I met my husband to be and was devastated of his sex experiences. Our church community sadly does not speak on intimacy or sex. I ran into this on podcast and the resources provided are abundant!!! Belah Rose is a vessel of the Lord shing light and truth into a holy gift that has been infected by satan.

I’ve read multiple books on marriage and I have listened to various podcasts. However, Belah and Delight Your Marriage has been a game changer for me and my relationship with my wife!

Her podcasts, book, and resources online are unlike anything else. She is making real differences in broken lives and marriages through her insights. She argues from the perspective of design, pointing to how our hearts and marriages were meant to work. If you have any struggles or doubts, pray and at least give his podcast a chance. It will impact you and stir your spirit toward Biblical change. Her program has worked for me.

My husband found DYM and is taking the masculinity reclaimed course. His 180 degree change made me want to follow his lead and our marriage has gone from what we would’ve rated it a 2 to an 8 or 9. I never thought it was possible and I have hope again and joy that our children will grow up in a truly loving home with a solid foundation for their own future marriages.

I found Delight in Your Marriage when I was doing a topical study on God’s design for marriage. Although I am not married yet, I have been storing wisdom from this podcast. It’s so refreshing to be learning from Bellah as she very honest and not afraid to dive into the heart of things!

I was referred to Belah and her podcast by another counselor. This podcast has been so helpful and encouraging is making a difference in rekindling the love, intimacy and passion back into our marriage of 37 years. I highly recommend this podcast and Belah. Update: Not only do I listen to her podcast, I took her Men’s Masculinity Reclaimed program. In 3 months, and for just the cost of what we’ve paid for just 3 counseling visits, I got 12 weeks of weekly sessions that has resulted in truly miraculously positive changes in our marriage - and my wife did not even know I was taking the program. I am not exaggerating about the dramatic change that God, through Belah, has had on our marriage. We are in live again and really enjoying each other’s company!

DYM is a wonderful resource for Christian couples. Most Christian marriage podcasts tip toe around really private and sensitive issues. But DYM isn't afraid of "taboo" topics. I wish there were more podcasts like this and I wish there were more led by strong, confident, inspiring men. Belah is helpful in many ways, but having a more regular balance of a stong, faithful Christian man would really put it over the top.
