    Something’s afoot
The conspiracy in this particular instance has it that these fellows raised their podcast funds—dare I say “nest egg?”—by playing hobbits in the LOTR films. Disseminate & discuss.

    Theorizing, not just some theories
The only podcast that discusses the theory of conspiracy theories every episode. If you’re looking to hear conspiracy stories, theoretical or real, you’ve got lot’s of podcast options. but if you want to know more about what conspiracies mean, why they’re important, and how to look at them in a truly objective fashion, this is the show. It’s also funny.

Anyone else get an overwhelming urge to buy a “Word a Day Calendar” after listening?”
l don’t really believe any of the silly chimera conspiracy theories! However, Man has my vocabulary grown exponentially. I certainly won’t be vociferous about my opining 😉!

    Incomparable
Somtimes self-indulgent? Yes, definitely. But when the rubber meets the road it's unbeatable for incisive commentary and solid research.

    Bright and Delightful
Conspiracies are a thing, but these two clever scholars wrest them away from the loonies and take an amusing and intelligent look at things that make us say, "hmmm." Happily, they have a lot more to say than that. I look forward to every episode.

    One of my favorites
I listen to many podcasts about conspiracies and weirdness. This one has different approach than most. I like the 'voice' that the show has. Informative, funny and professional.

    Fascinating and quirky
A couple of Kiwi friends/academics look at conspiracies from a more systematic view than most "check out these wacky theories" podcasts. Sadly the episodes have been getting less frequent due to travel and commitments, but still well worth a listen for those who want to dig deeper into how to study and approach conspiracies.

    Superb
Except for the episode on WWI, every podcast has been great. The problem with that one episode? Stay away from serious subjects in History. The strength here is bringing the hosts' skills in logic & reasoning (they are too modest about their educational backgrounds) to conspiracy theories. Their analysis on the "why" and "what" of conspiracy theories was the best discussion of its sort I've ever heard.
