Starbuxgirl13Love thisI love this podcast and all of the guest speakers. My favorites are the ordinary people who do extraordinary things and somehow manage to fit in work, kids, husbands, etc. I always get helpful running tips from episodes.
-
jaka73Episode 154I have found so much helpful advice on this podcast. In episode 154 I felt like Sandra was talking directly to me. I have listened to it twice and will listen many more times. I cannot express how relieved I am that other people struggle with their self image and motivation. I am not alone.

anianelliehost talks too muchI’m listening to the episode about runners knee and am frustrated that the host will talk for so long sharing some unrelated or peripheral thoughts. Just wanna hear how to take care of my knee! He’s not really sharing useful info - just repeating a less informative version of what the guest said but it takes twice as long

Z2,42djucNewer runnerI can't believe I'm a runner. Never very athletic & started slowly at 49 & I'm now 51. Love your informative & fun podcast. Thank you!!
-
difuufuUseful advice for todayDiscussion with Irene Bosco was especially helpful. I was listening as I ran. Immediately, I began to adjust my self-talk. I stopped forcing myself through the long hard run and looked up, breathed in the summer day and celebrated all I am able to do - physically and mentally. Thank you.
-

JessilovesrunningMy favorite running podcasts.I’m just getting back into running in the past couple months and I love listening to this podcast during my commute and during my long runs. It’s my new favorite podcast. I just finished my first half marathon and this podcast kept me going during my training. I have learned so much. Keep doing what you’re doing!

katieking826Best Running PodcastThis is by far the best running podcast out here!! Steve talks about a variety of topics for both new and experienced runners.
-
kelsey kristineBest Running ShowThis is by far my favorite running podcast to listen to. I’m actually glad I only found out about it recently because I have so many episodes to catch up on! Not only is the material realistic and straightforward, but often there’s science thrown in to explain why nutrition is important or why you’re sore after a run. I started listening after I made the decision to train for a half marathon, and I’m hooked. I recommend this for every runner out there!

Mitzi TompkinsGood, Practical InformationLove these podcasts. Even when it’s a topic that I don’t think applies to me, I always get some nugget of knowledge that helps in my own running and my coaching. And I love Steve’s style of interview. Lots of back and forth in a relaxed format that gets to the heart of the topic in an engaging way.

TJ RunLet the guests speakFrom the few episodes I’ve listened to Steve talks over guests to much. 95% Steve, 5 % guest.

BethFWTXSuper helpful—thank you, Steve.I stumbled across this podcast looking for solid information re heart rate training, where I found a four part series breaking everything down clearly. I’m now walking back through the past five years of this podcast & will certainly be passing it on to others. No fluff. Just straight info.

livlaughrunHelped me through some really rough runsSo far this podcast has grasped my attention. It’s awesome to hear from someone who wasn’t a runner at the start and how he transformed. The fact that he is willing to help new, old, seasoned runners to meet their goals is awesome. Listening to this while running will motivate you forward.

-
Kacie_BAmazing!Practical approach to lifelong, sustainable running. Best running podcast I’ve found by far- this actually focuses on topics rather than learning life stories of interviewees. Steve has made me feel like I have control over my running journey and I actually ENJOY (gasp) my runs now! Listen asap!
-
jkareInformativeGreat informative podcast for runners. Only wish their audio levels were the same. His is quieter than hers making it hard for me to adjust volume.
-
TriangelmomA valuable resources for all runnersI discovered Run Buzz Community a few months ago as I was looking for a podcast that highlighted amateur runners like myself. I enjoy hearing the journies of the RB guests and I also learn so much from the discussion topics such as preparing for a race and developing motivation and mental toughness. Steve and Stephanie have a great rapport as co-hosts and they each bring personal experience and wisdom to each podcast.
-
JumpinJayoLove itIt’s a great balance of information, humor and geared towards the enthusiast, the beginner and those in between. FYI the community of Runbuzz are pretty awesome too.
-
honest true crime1/3 advertising and the rest political leaning preachingI’m interested in running, not egotistical rants.

bostonsweetieGreat info for runners!I came across the Run Buzz podcasts on accident when I was looking for a book to listen to at work and I am so glad!! If you haven't listened to any, there are hours and hours of great information for any runner at any level. Little things I always wondered about but never wanted to ask anyone, are answered. I highly recommend these podcasts for running info or if you just need a little motivation!

Agnes KaneListen & Learn!I had an impulse to download a 'running' podcast and this one just happened to pop up first. fishergirl1207GREAT PROGRAM!!I can't say enough good things about this program. I ran in highschool and into my early 20s and then got involved in other types of cardio and training. After about 25 years I have caught the run bug again. Steve is very down to earth and easy to understand. His programs run the spectrum of technique, nutrition, racing advice, the mental game, proper shoes, etc. He has great guests, as well. I listen to his podcasts in my car and when doing my easy runs using my ipod. I have learned so much in the last several weeks - more than I had in all my earlier years of running. His guests are great - all of them give their personal thoughts on different things they have learned along their personal journeys. I find the entire series informative, inspirational, and just plain fun. Definitely check it out!!
-
traidnaGreat inspiration for me walking to runningI really enjoy this podcast as a person who has lost 130 pounds over the past 9 months with weight watchers and first walking - which the topics in these podcast helped and now running for the past 8 weeks and I'll be running in my first 5k in 35 years ( since running in high school) The podcast provides awesome guidance for both new and experienced runners!! Yes you time on this podcast is worth it!!! Thank You
-
brushpdxVery EncouragingI love this podcast! I only started running about 6 weeks ago. Had to stop for one week due to some back pain, but now I am running again. I love to hear the stories of other beginners so that I don't feel alone. What great advice and encouragement this podcast has been. Thank you for the great ideas and interviewing other runners. It was the first running podcast I downloaded and started and I hit the jackpot. I listen to them while I am running, in the car, and at work when I can. Thanks again, a very encouraged, newby, 49 y/o runner

DeeDee146Information and inspirationRunning isn't solely about technique and performance, nor is it solely about having fun. Steve strikes a good balance in this podcast by sharing useful information to make you a better runner, as well as inspirational stories and interviews to make you remember why you fell in love with the sport in the first place. Unlike other exercise podcasts, Steve understands the whole picture of a healthy lifestyle and emphasizes the importance of finding what works for you. A must listen for runners. Whether you're looking to improve your performance in your next race, or find some motivation to lace up those shoes every day, you'll benefit from Steve's content.

Believe7797Super helpful materialI've learned a lot from some of these podcast episodes- such a laid-back and informative approach is hard to find! Keep up the good work!
-
AugelevenGreat resource!I'm so glad I stumbled on to this podcast. I like to listen to podcasts while running or commuting, and the majority of the running podcasts I have listened to are hard to relate to, as I'm not running 100 milers or qualifying for Boston. There is a lot of actionable advice for beginning runners here. A true gem.
-
garakawaI Love this PodcastI started listening to Steve's podcast about 3 weeks ago and I am hooked! Very quickly I realized that it has a ton of great information and so I started at episode 1 and am all the way to episode 30 (just after the HR training episodes). This show is so awesome. I have been listening to a lot of running podcasts the last two months since I started running again and this one is one of the best. Very professional and Steve consistently releases new episodes. I like how Steve tries to make things simple and consistent and tries not to make things "messy" with too much conflicting information. He is also a regular guy and not full of himself. I am really happy I found this podcast. Thanks!
-
