    I started following Dani a few months ago on Instagram. At first I started following her for her recipes, but soon discovered how much more she was giving to her audience. Dani’s podcasts explains health in a way that doesn’t demand perfection, but realism. I am currently working through an IVF cycle and have especially found her honesty about pregnancy wonderful. I can’t wait to hear more podcasts about pregnancy and postpartum.

    I have been loving this podcast because it has really helped me to learn more about macro tracking. I have been loving the new episodes with how to use a tracking app to track all of your food for the most accuracy. As a gym enthusiast, I want to be able to learn how to calculate and track my macros the right way to build muscle and also to lean out. I hope to learn much more and think Dani is very well spoken and informative.

    I started listening to Dani’s podcast several months ago and recently completed her Summer reset. Her podcast is encouraging, uplifting, and eye opening about how the changes in our macros can effect body composition. Beyond her macro and nutrition insight, her guests are a wealth of knowledge too.     I love this podcast! The episodes are the perfect balance of entertaining and informative. The episodes are the perfect length and are easy to pop on during a walk or drive and are jam packed with super relevant information. Dani is realistic in her approach, which helps me feel like the strategies are actually attainable. I’ve always felt like nutrition advice is too restrictive or unrealistic for my lifestyle, but Dani makes me feel like I can do it!
