We need this podcast

This is a fun podcast and is informative at the same time. These guys are friends and that shines through as they talk about the sport they love. I’m a woman who loves auto sports born in Indiana and grew up in the south -so hello Indy and NASCAR-but also had grandfather and dad who built Studebaker cars in the factory - I stumbled into F1 about 10 years ago. These guys are one of the few podcasts that I feel like is speaking to all the fans, not talking down but keeping it relatable, but also including some technical details that make it a way to learn. Thanks, Karen ( the nice kind)

Please come back this season! Miss the whole crew.

Really missing my favorite F1 podcast. I know Dax and rob are busy with Armchair and their other ventures not to mention any of the other guys, but just surprised we haven’t heard anything about it either not happening or just being delayed.

Where are you?! 😭 The season has started, you need to come back!!

Four guys talking about cars is NOT what would get recommended by my algorithm but this group sure makes it fun. The combination of new to the sport and seasoned fans makes it exciting to listen while learning a few things. I’ve been one of the people who listened to the show without watching the races but hope I get to watch along with the crew for season 2!

Great banter and insightful too in a crowded marketplace of F1 commentary. Love the group dynamic.

I really wanted to love this podcast, but Dax’s reliance on the Drive to Survive edits of some drivers (and very vocal dislike of them because of it) seems so weird to me since he has easy access to inside info. Hearing the same few drivers totally ragged on for things that other drivers have said aren’t true out of the show is frustrating, and the way things are said so definitively (i.e. that Max and Lando aren’t friends) when untrue and the info is readily available makes it a tough listen. Also often hypocritical in praising Max for something immediately after dissing other drivers for the exact same thing (like joking at another driver’s expense). I’d listen again if the bias wasn’t so out of control.

I was on a similar F1 journey as these guys. Drive to survive got me interested and now I’m hooked. Listening to Dax, Jethro, Charlie, and Matt has been the cherry in top of my F1 fandom experience. The way they laugh and joke about the race weekends bring me so much joy. It feels like you’re in the same room with them all enjoying a laugh over the latest Ferrari drive vs. strategist radio message. You also get some fantastic insights into the casts lives as well that take nothing away from the fact that this is still an F1 podcast. It’s easily the most enjoyable podcast I’ve ever listened to. Great work and push push push push puuuuuuuush.
