Rob remains true to himself, meanwhile being enormously successful in all areas of his life. His podcast is packed with so much great info, great strategy, great ideas and great laughs!

This podcast changed my life. About this time last year I began my personal development journey. While at the time I felt like I had everything figured out, the reality is that I was lost. My goals were clear, but my strategy to accomplish them was not. I heard Rob Dyrdek on the impulsive podcast talking about tracking and how he scored every category of his life every day. This inspired me and led me to this podcast. After listening to a handful of early episodes of “build with Rob”, I was hooked. I sent a letter to Rob at the end of last year, explaining my situation, thanking him for the inspiration, and asking for more details regarding his tracking strategy. Rob didn’t answer, which ended up being the best response, because I wasn’t spoon fed a solution. I was forced to come up with and refine my own method. I created my version of a quantified happiness calendar. I broke my life up into categories and tracked specific activities daily that contributed to these categories. I scored each category weekly to get an overall “happiness” score. This was the best year of my life. I haven’t been able to say that since 2019. Right around the same time Rob switched to quick Monday morning uploads which I loved. I felt like Rob was answering all the questions I had slowly, week by week. I spent every Monday last year on a sunrise run getting wisdom from uncle Rob. This format felt efficient and was incredibly valuable for me. Some of the golden nuggets that I took away while listening last year will stick with me for the rest of my life. I am genuinely sad to hear that this podcast is coming to an end. I will miss the Monday cadence and starting my week with a burst of unwavering positivity. I am certain that whatever you plan to do next has been strategically thought through and that you will continue to cast positivity and wisdom to the masses. Thank you, Rob Dyrdek. I have been blown away by Rob’s business acumen lately. I’ve been a fan of Rob’s since about as long as I have memory. Found out he had a podcast and now the new episodes are part of my life and thanks to him I’m constantly reminding myself of what I really want and who I really am. Thank you for helping me level up and optimizing.

The show is absolutely wonderful in terms of content, but I find it extremely difficult to listen to because of the lack of editing. Just a simple process for removing all of the “ums” would be fantastic. I can only get through about half of each episode and have to stop listening because it’s so frustrating.

Thanks for sharing your insights and methods of hyper-productivity. I always get a nugget or two from every episode. But Episode 64: Rhythm of Existence was on point. From earlier comments you’ve made about it I thought it was all about crazy spreadsheets and OCD level time tracking. Yeah, there’s some of that but you got to the essence here. And encouraged us to develop our own crazy version. Love your generosity of spirit in sharing the game behind the game. Off to start sketching out my epic Rhythm of Existence.

This guy is the MASTER of disguising nothingness in a velvety taco of descriptive words. Yes he does it eloquently with passion and seeming kindness but there really is no substance. I came starving for some meat and all I got is boned. Can someone please invent a time machine so I can take back the lost time I’ve spent listening to pure nonsense? Thank you!

This episode “Building wealth to buy back time” was so insightful. I had to replay 3 times the part that talked about Time x Energy x Capacity just to absorb the information. So good.

The openings are the best part!

Listening to a show on choosing how to spend my time. I work 36 hours a week, 12 hour night shifts with some overtime here and there. Time management can be challenging on nights. I love the episode I am listening to on time mastery and evaluating every hour! I came to “know” Rob when a patient of mine was watching “Ridiculousness”. I had down time so watched it with her and became a big fan of the show. LOL, I am 54. As for career advancement, listening to Rob and a few others like Tony Robbins inspired me to apply for a Clinical Ladder Level 5, the highest and most “impossible” level a nurse can obtain. There are only 23 Level 5 nurses in the whole university hospital, which employs 1300 nurses. I plan to be the 24th!!! I am currently Level 2. I am also a novice life coach and personal trainer (separate clients). I need to know how to build these side hustles so I can be successful by the time I retire from nursing. I never plan to retire from helping people. Rob’s podcast helps keep me moving forward. I am learning to “brand myself” and “make the sale”, all with a nursing twist! This is a great podcast, up there with Lewis Howes and Tony! And yes, I am addicted to “Ridiculousness” for a good laugh, which everyone needs.

Been following Rob since rob and big and I have been inspired ever since. Build with rob is so fun to listen to because there are different company ideas every time and the things listeners can learn are specific and direct toward real life problems that people are dealing with. I am going to research and find out what I can take from you to start properly and confidently my business called Betta Dais

Rob’s on point with optimization. My personal business coaches, mentors and I are always looking for opportunity to remove friction from the business on all levels…from internal, to vendors and most importantly our clients. Our goals are clear and, we check the moves we make to verify they are moving us towards our goals. Get it on!

Look I appreciate the insight. I really do, but this podcast is about 10% useful information and a solid 90% of Rob just saying the words “Riight”? and “ultimately” every other word. You can’t un hear it and if you made it into a drinking game you’d die from alcohol poisoning before you finished the first half of the Pod.

I’ve never left a review in my life, on anything, for any reason. The amount of invaluable information in here should be a crime. These are the conversations average entrepreneurs don’t usually get access to. If this podcast doesn’t make you want to run through walls, you’re probably not an entrepreneur; not now, not ever.
