The best hockey show. Frank and Jason are well informed, have great chemistry, and cover interesting topics. Frank’s bluntness and honesty are refreshing.

Long form Frank Seravalli just isn’t worth suffering through Jason Gregor anymore, who isn’t nearly plugged in across the league as someone in his position should be (unless it’s obscure nonsense like which team plays the most Tuesdays and why that hurts their chances - oh and have you heard the one about how Gary Bettman lied to his face?) and yet still thinks pretty highly of himself. I get that the idea here is a more free flowing conversation, but 15 minute rants about nachos is not what I subscribed for. Daily Faceoff LIVE is a much more efficient way to get your hockey news.

Frank has an issue with not being able to admit he’s wrong. Overtalking and quickly shifting the question are tactics he relies on in an argument. It gets old fast.

I only listen to this podcast after I’ve gone through all the other NHL News shows and I hate myself every time I do it because Frank oozes ego and basically just copies the same platitudes and sayings from Elliotte Friedman and Jeff Marek etc. He’s unoriginal and has a huge ego for reasons unknown.

No chemistry between Jason and Frank. Also is Frank ever in a good mood? Just brutal.

If you are an Edmonton Oilers Fan, you’ll love this podcast. If you like ANY other team…it’s worse than most. I listen sometimes. Frank is good. Gregor is a Edmonton Superfan but denies it. If there are other options…listen to other pods.

These two should be called the “Holier than thou Podcast.”
