I first want to clarify that the rating has little to do with the overall content/theme of this podcast. Rather, it pertains to a piece of concerning info in Episode 134.I hope to get more context of the “BMI 14” that the host mentioned in Episode 134. The host said a friend of hers had a BMI = 14 and the host herself saw it as a goal. BMI 14 is very medically concerning. In the field of eating disorder care, BMI = or < 15 would necessitate immediate hospitalization into a high-acuity inpatient treatment facility. I just felt if someone has that low of BMI, it is almost too severe to be a podcast topic. I am overall a big supporter for the theme and message of this podcast. I just want to point this medically concerning detail out in case someone needs acute care.

I’m in the middle of the most difficult time of my life. Just when I thought my world was shattered God has sustained me. I found you on YouTube desperately searching for someone relatable who loved God. You have thought me so so much. I pray big prayers for you! Thank you so much for sharing your gifts with us!

I’m coming out of the most difficult season of my life and working hard to reconstruct my life. God introduced me to your energy through Candace Cameron Bure’s podcast, and, as is God’s way, your words are exactly what I need to hear right now. I’m continuously amazed at how energized to find my new purpose in Christ I feel while listening. I can’t thank you enough for speaking directly to my heart and meeting me where I’m at at this time. Over the past few years, my mental and physical health have declined to the point that I couldn’t reason how my existence mattered. I got so low that I felt everyone would be better off without me. But I’m still here and more determined than ever to become the best version of myself. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for helping me to see that God created me for a purpose. You are a bright light in a sometimes very dark world.

I first heard about Bianca from my sister and she was watching a studying about the book of Ruth, I then decide to search for more details and teaching from her, found this podcast and I have been hooked this is now on play as I make my commute to work everyday. They have been fundamental in the rebuilding of my relationship with God. Favorite one was when she spoke about make up and how she made the connection with God and his purpose. I have ALWAYS wanted to hear Bianca talk about her life as a stepmom because I KNEW she would have jewels of wisdom that would help me in my own stepmom journey. As per usual Bianca did NOT disappoint! Thank you Bianca for being brave and doing this episode! I have been in a rough place in three separate law suits and I feel hurt and overwhelmed. I have been reaching out for prayer for hope for understanding. Omg the interjection about the friend with 8 cases and justice served! not very solid in biblical teachings if that is what one is here to look for. Its hard for me to comprehend a Bible teacher saying she would love to have Jaylo and Beyonce on her podcast to interview. But to each their own. In one podcast she is promoting girls to be spirtually pure and waiting for marriage, then another by saying she wants to interview Beyonce is approving and endorsing Beyonces behavior on stage and her lifestyle. refering to the episode the millioneth download.

This is my first time listening to this show, although I have always enjoyed a great message from Bianca!! The interview with Shauna Niequist had a little treasure in it that I absolutely needed to hear. I don’t need to be a paler version of a different person I just need to be my own self. No matter how painful, lonely non spectacular that is. And Bianca talking about the simplicity yet scariness of a makeup free life. This is a great struggle for me feeling I need to look my best when I go out in to public. Thank you both for these amazing words and I cannot wait to pick up Shauna’s newest book!!

This is an awesome podcast. You can learn a lot from Bianca and the people that she interviews. Especially listening to the Tuesday (or whatever day it posts) Truths. It’s great to hear her perspective and the biblical truths. So now I just request…this podcast often takes about being a girl and single. So it would be cool to listen to a podcast where you are interviewing a male and we get to hear dating from a males perspective (Maybe from Matt) anyways just my two cents.
