Although I believe their adoption episode was made with good intentions, it’s thoughtless to only present one person’s perspective of the adoption experience and overlooks the complexities and traumas of adoption and the adoption industry for adoptees. This was lazy content creation and I’m disappointed that a group of researchers failed to consider how difficult and personal this topic is for many people. At the very least, they could have done a little more homework and acknowledged that there are multiple sides to adoption.

I’m addicted to podcasts and I really appreciate structured content and this has been one of the most informative podcasts on process and how the individual’s have made a difference in their own companies. Highly recommend!
