    Decoding tantrums
I have been very much in a parenting rut lately and just have not felt connected with my kids. The episode on decoding tantrums and making connections have been so eye opening and uplifting. I really needed to hear her message and have such a more positive outlook on my parenting. Thank you Dr Mona!!

    Effortlessly relatable
I have been a long time follower of Mona since her son was born and I’m thankful to have found her. Mona’s knowledge and insight has prepared me before becoming a mother and now navigating my child’s health complications. I find enrichment in each episode; I hope you do to!

Great info but not a great listening experience (triple feeding episode)
There are way too many ads and it took 23 minutes of a 55 minute episode before the term triple feeding was defined.

    So much insight
My husband and I love listening to Dr. Mona’s podcast. She often covers topics that really resonate with us. We really feel like she empowers us as we try to break generational cycles in our parenting and raise a healthy child in a challenging world. The recent episode on The Model Minority Myth was particularly thought provoking and generated some important conversation between the two of us. Thank you, Dr. Mona for helping us be better parents!

    Phenomenal podcast and person!
I found Dr.Mona on Instagram when I was pregnant with my first child and needed all the guidance. Not only has her Instagram helped me in more ways that can fit in this box, this podcast has helped too! Even though some topics are for older kids, it's still relative and informative. She brings science and research into the conversation where it needs to be so parents can be better! I especially love her episodes on positive thinking and navigating marriage with children. I wish the episodes were longer only because I feel Dr. Mona is incredibly passionate about the topics and I can still learn so much from her 😊 So far my top episode is with Dr. Taylor Arnold on "red light , green light food" and I would LOVE more collab with those two! Thank you Dr. Mona for everything!!!

I love Dr. Mona and I am go grateful for her channel as I navigate this overwhelming chapter!! Thank you Dr. Mona for giving new parents tools and inspiration to feel part of a greater community!

    Good but one thing
Very informative and important information. But you say “obvious” way too much and most things to us listeners are not obvious, hence why we are listening.

    Amazing podcast
I’ve been following Dr Mona on Instagram for sometime now but only recently got into listening to her podcast. I can’t believe it took this long to start listening since I now consider myself to be an even bigger fan of the show. The topics and the discussions are so relatable, not only as a mom but as a fellow physician and a South Asian woman trying to balance westernized and Indian ideals. I’ve been enjoying scrolling through older episodes and adding them to my queue to listen.

Dads can struggle with postpartum mental health too
What an amazing episode! Love the insight from Dr. Mona’s husband and how speaking and seeking help about the mental health struggles we have as parents can help break generations of trauma.

    Balanced Parenting Advice
I’ve been following Dr. Mona on Instagram for a while now and it led me to her podcast which has such a balanced approach to raising kids today. There is overwhelmingly so much information out there that it becomes confusing and stifling, but Dr. Mona and the guests that she brings on her podcast provides such great information in a non-judgmental way. I especially enjoyed the episodes she had with her husband and son. Keep it coming!

The most relatable and real parenting podcast I’ve heard!
As a first time mother, like most, I was seeking help and guidance to validate my own insecurities as my journey continues throughout parenting. I’ve searched and searched to find one that has maintained my interest and helped me greatly improve my communication and confidence with my toddler. When I found Dr. Mona I tuned into her “Three things every child needs from their grown ups in their life” episode and when I tell you, I cried listening to this because it was SO relatable and beautifully said by her, I’m so appreciative of her realness and helpful tips. I’ve found my podcast that I love and am so grateful! I’ll continue to listen weekly and practice Dr. Mona’s advice.

    Wonderful podcast
Dr. Mona is amazing! I had a similar childhood to her and it is so validating to hear why I grew up not having a good relationship with my parents. As a first time mom I am determined to not make the same mistakes. Love the evidence-based information.

    Great podcast for parents
Dr Mona presents important information through the lens of both a pediatrician and a parent. Her passion for education shows clearly in the information she communicates and her guests always add additional perspectives. Easy to listen to (and her finding joy episodes + conversations with her son brighten my day.)

    Finding Joy was life changing
I really enjoyed listening to the recent podcast with Jennifer Gates. Your program and podcast is amazing on its own, but having her as a guest and the dynamic between you two was extremely enlightening for my current journey. Jennifer is light years ahead of her time. The perspective for showing up for your children and balancing our personal joys and journeys was so encouraging! Thank you for this content. I am looking forward to practicing this advice and perspective, and listening to further episodes!

    The BEST Parenting Podcast
I don't know how to express how accurately Mona nails everything I go through as a parent. From having weight anxiety and letting go of control, Mona gives action items that works so well for my results driven mind. Voice of Reason and Science
I’ve been following Dr. Mona on Instagram since my son was born in Jan. 2020, mostly scrolling her stories through tired eyes during late-night nursing sessions. I listened to her series on sleep over the course of several naps, with my son cozy on my chest. #naptrapped. Dr. Mona’s personal and professional expertise helped validate the countless hours I’d spent researching sleep training methods, and she empowered me with confidence to attempt sleep training, without guilt. I appreciate that Dr. Mona calls on experts to provide more specialized information, rather than claiming to be an expert in everything. Her firsthand parenting experience with her son, coupled with her years in pediatric medicine, make for a unique approach to disseminating relevant knowledge about kiddos. Thank you, Dr. Mona!

Exactly what I needed to thrive in motherhood
For someone who has been obsessing over her child’s weight percentage and slow weight gain, this podcast was exactly what I needed. She helped normalize what I was feeling and realize I even had such bad anxiety over this needing help. I now realize how my baby is still thriving and how I can get help to thrive with my weight anxiety too. Thank you for creating this podcast!

    Relatable, funny and encouraging
I found Dr. Mona‘s Instagram page during Covid when I had a four-year-old and newborn stuck at home. I appreciated her honesty and integrity through all of it, and the encouragement she gave to all of us parents during that time! Her episodes are funny and encouraging, and I think it’s something that every parent could benefit from!

    Increasing accessibility
Dr Mona is changing the game on increasing the accessibility to evidenced based information on caring for infants and children in a non biased format. Her episodes are great to listen to and easily organized to find whatever topic you’re interested. As a pediatric clinical dietitian, I know that so many patients do not have access to a registered dietitian and all the nutrition related podcasts have appropriately credentialed guests and provide general information I would give a patient at a visit. Truly such a gift to the medical field and parents!

I found Dr Mona during the pandemic. I found the way she weaves in her personal life alongside of medical information an assuring listen. She’s like a friend that walks you along the path and illuminates things along the way. Definitely worth listening, even if it’s just to pick and choose episodes of your interest!
