Associate EditorGood episodeThis was a good episode to help people deal with ghosting and to understand why it occurs.

ludfiskHeteronormativeI don’t think the host knows queer people exist.

FdsaqwtjEye-openingListening to Dr. Morgan’s Let’s Get Vulnerable podcast has been life-changing for me. Since discovering her resources during my break from dating, my mindset has transformed so much. When I realized I was having problems with my emotional growth, I started looking for specific answers to solve them. Her insights, however, were unexpectedly exactly what I needed to hear. I’ve seen so much improvement in my life and relationships since my first listen. This podcast is full of so much wisdom and passion that has not gone unnoticed; it’s been incredibly helpful to not only me, but to my friends who I’ve shared it with as well. Thank you for the shoutout in the most recent episode and for continuing to make such a positive impact on our lives. 🩵

VicVeeeeeMy Favorite Self Improvement PodcastI listen to a handful of relationship and self improvement podcasts (all of which I get a lot of value). However, Let’s Get Vulnerable has been my favorite. Not only do I find it easy to listen to Dr. Morgan, but I find her insight and advice super helpful and easily applicable. She’s just what I need every day!

Megan A. F.The best adviceI’ve been listening to podcasts for a few months now and I just came across Dr. Morgan about a week ago. I absolutely love her! I love how she’s been in the same shoes of everything she talks about and she’s so blunt and real about it although it might be hard to hear if you’re going through it. I work at a desk everyday so for my 8 hours of work everyday I’ve been listening to her podcasts and sometimes I have to stop working and just really taking in what she’s saying or even go back on the podcast and listen again. She’s amazing and her voice is so soothing to listen to.

3LittleWondersAmazing informationI love all that is spoken. I am glad I found this. However, why is it geared toward women? I am all for a focused target audience, but where and who is advocating for the same thing with men? Any recommendations? Either way, I will still listen. Thanks for all that you do.

HamtotheVilleLoving the podcastI found Dr. Morgan when researching attachment theory on my own. Since then, I have listened to a ton of episodes. She provides very down to earth, relatable advice on how to heal your attachment style, how to date, what a healthy relationship should look like, and a lot more very valuable, helpful information. I especially recommend it to anyone who is going to start dating again after a long hiatus. It has turned me from wanting to avoid dating altogether to approaching it with curiosity and interest as a dating ‘scientist’. Worth your time to listen!!
-
mountainlivinGreat adviceI love this show! She gives great advice that’s not to complicated but in depth. I’m really glad I started listening to this.

40+inDenverEP 443 - Giant Eye RollThis episode had so much promise but Dr. Morgan’s guest host ruined the entire thing. Most of what she talked about was how high end and exclusive her life is and how she meets these equally wealthy and exclusive men. I don’t know how many times she mentioned she’s a doctor. By the time she started talking about anything that might have had substance, I was so turned off to the entire episode.

BLh109Love this podcast! This is a fantastic podcast. What she says is science backed, and it’s not life changing, but it’s very informative. There’s also quite a few haters here, so to them: maybe if you don’t like the podcast, don’t listen to it, and remember that of course she’s going to talk about herself and be self promotional! It’s her podcast, and it’s free to you, which means you’re the product she’s trying to sell to. Of course the spots’ll be extremely limited, she’s trying to create a sense of urgency to promote her program. Its ridiculous to not expect this if you’re going to listen to a free program- theres a trade off you’ll make because it’s free.

Brandyinapeaceful-placeAttachmentDiving into all of the work needed to become a more healed woman. And prepare to date. The podcast is full of great insights. Thank you!

Periwinkle6932Lots of irrelevant opinionI don’t want to hear about your dog and dating in the Bay Area. If this podcast had a LOT less “fluff”, I might find it relevant. If you truly have a doctorate, I sincerely cannot tell what area it is supposed to be in. Mental health? Relationships? White girl California-style pseudo-spirituality? I’m not sure. I had high hopes for this podcast but it’s very difficult to find most, if not all of it, relevant or helpful.
-
bookworm listenerAwesome podcastThat was an awesome podcast, thank you, Dr. Morgan.
-
sin city reviewerEpisode 403 currently me!!!I’m not sure how I found this podcast, but I’ve started from your very first episode and I can relate to all. I didn’t think there were other people out there that are going through the same things I’m going through. Thank you for you podcast ! ❤️

GlsetserLife Changing Work - with GratitudeI am grateful to have found Dr. Morgan’s podcast at exactly the right time in my life. I’ve been working with Dr. Morgan and her team for a few months now and this work has been life-changing for me. This is the kind of healing that can break harmful family patterns and heal relationships. Dr. Morgan’s process forces you to open a dialog with your self regarding your mindsets and beliefs about relationships and then how to change old patterns that are not serving you any longer and develop more self love and communication tools, boundary work…. You will get a lot of value from the Podcasts alone but I decided it was time in my life to make an investment in myself and my current and future relationships. Dr. Morgan has already help me gain so much clarity, confidence and hope for my future and the tools I can use the rest of my life modeling better relationship for my kids. It is my personal belief that this particular kind of deep self work can change the world one family at a time and I fully support Dr Morgan vision and mission.

BlloopyfoopywaTook 12 mins to get to pointI listened to one and it was 27 mins long. It took 12 minutes of the 27 minute episode, to get to the points in the episode. So half fluff, half info.

SharonnaKAmazing podcastI stumbled across this podcast after years of struggling in relationships. This podcast has held all the answers to all my struggles. It helps me not feel so alone. Dr Morgan gives real life examples and is so relatable. She is like a supportive friend helping guiding me and on this healing journey with each podcast.

Jordyn the Test Tube BabyFabulous!I am writing this review because Dr. Morgan asked politely for it. I am so grateful for her insight into relationships and their styles. I have learned a great deal about myself, I have applied what I have learned from Dr. Morgan, and I am experiencing successes and achieving relationship goals. Thank you so much.
-
Samantha_B.Great informationDr Morgan’s podcast has been an important part of my healing journey. I listen to it with a notepad and pen to take notes! As a graduate of the E.S.L. program, I feel the podcast is a great complement to the work we do in the program.
-
squidguythingOne of the best dating and self growth podcasts out thereI get so much out of each of these podcasts. Thank you for putting so much valuable information out there.

Magsters418Some great info hiding between lots of adsIf you come in knowing you'll only get about 5-10 minutes of content, you'll get a lot out of this podcast. The show opens with 3-6 minutes advertising the self-help program, midway through there's another ad for her book, and then the last few minutes are more ads for her course. Ironically, if the ads were shorter, I wouldn't hit fast-forward through all of them! I've enjoyed learning about attachment patterns, some of the show gets repetitive, but it's a really great way to recognize both your own dating habits and the behaviors of your partner. There are some good strategies, albeit slightly surface level. It's a really great starting tool before doing a deep dive into learning more. I love these for quick subway trips!
-
Laure_27Time well spent! This podcast is so valuable to me. It’s clear and proactive in how we can grow towards secure, healthy mindsets and relationships. Dr Morgan Anderson gets vulnerable and leads us to do the same! Listening to this is time well spent!
-
ReviewguyokNo content, just self promotionSeriously, opens with promotion, main subject is equivalent to summarizing a motivational quote, end with ‘limited time only’ promotion. Lots of tony Robbins, have a feeling the paid course has you buy one of his books. Just buy his book then.
-
Lara SabbaghWake-up call“Becoming a magnet for love” is the wake-up call I needed. Where has this podcast been all my life??? Dr. Morgan Anderson is very authentic and real. I love how she is vulnerable enough to share her own experiences. “STOP watering your plastic plants” is the best free advice I’ve been given recently. Please make this into some merch!!
-
Marymc4LOVEFinally a podcast I can listen to about vulnerability

agarcia92000Amazing!!!!This is the first time I’ve actually looked for help with my marriage. I’m in nursing school about to graduate in October!!! I got married 2021 and had a sweet baby boy in 2022. although there are many life events happening, I feel like we can work through our marriage. Thank you so much for your latest episode. I look forward to hearing the rest of the episodes.

Hiphophead_1991Life chagingSo grateful for Dr. Morgan. She has allowed me to change my life through her podcasts and ESL program. I started listening to them back in December and since then I joined the ESL program, graduated, and have continued down my healing and growing path through the podcasts and the graduate program. I don’t know where I’d be without her teachings. Thank you for everything you’ve done and continue to do!

GigiCamp93Must listenThis podcast has been so motivating for myself to work on myself and dig deep. It came at such a good time! Must listen!
-
JazogirlThank you for being a voice in my life!Hi, Dr. Morgan! I’m a city girl in Austin, born and raise, that has never been in a committed relationship for all 27 years of my life. I’ve been listening to you since March and your podcast help me analyze myself and feelings before I almost committed to an addict I was steadily talking to for five months. I thought I should have given this person a chance because they been through a lot and the desire to want to finally be in a relationship with someone was pushing me into this unhealthy connection. Your podcast not only talked me through my own struggles of dating but helped me realize it’s okay not to be ready or to go for the first person that shows some signs of commitment. It also helped me know what I want to focus in my life and not only analyze but justify my feelings and thoughts of love and relationships. Thank you. Sometimes I feel alone for thinking the way that I do and being single because my standards aren’t met… but your podcast reassured me I’m not.

ahmaleeLife changingSo thankful to have landed here. The (self) love-giving, life-altering teaching and encouraging I walk away from this show with is priceless. Thank you Dr. Morgan for all you do!

yesenia.amaLiterally changed my perception of relationshipsI’ve been listening to this podcast for a little over a year now and I feel like it’s not only changed my life but my loved ones’ lives as well. I’ve learned how to show up for myself, how to stand up for myself and how to show love to myself and others. I appreciate Morgan so much and couldn’t be more thankful for her.

Downy23Some free InfoThe free info is good that can help a lot. But making/selling some exclusive program to grift emotionally vulnerable women is shameless. Don’t give this lady a dime she doesn’t have “your” answers and can’t implement things you can learn from FREE info. If you really need help look for resources to get a counselor/therapist. If that’s not possible look for FREE info. People who pay wall stuff like this are looking to profit off your emotional hardship/vulnerability.

Kreature13Mind blowingI never knew why I was the way I was or didn’t even realize it until I started dating my wife and she pointed it out. What she thought was a codependency turned into finding out my attachment style and listening to this podcast has helped me transition from attachment to secure. Thanks Doc

Buttascotch10Therapy at its best!!!I absolutely love this podcast because not only does it make me see things from a different perspective but it challenges me to look within and work on myself in the relationship! This coupled with her book & Instagram (which I look at daily) has been the best “free” therapy I have ever had! Eye opening & life changing & saving! Highly recommend!

Aby_galeRecommended by my therapistI am trying to heal from an anxious attachment style, and so my therapist recommended this podcast to me. All I can say is- wow. The fact that Dr. Morgan once had an anxious attachment style as well and is now so secure gives me so much hope and faith in my healing journey. This podcast is my go to when I need a pick me up!
