Spanky interview the most iconic people in sports betting and their stories are so real and incredible. The only issue is that Spanky made all of his money in a different time and the podcast does not really help anybody win. Maybe if he we all had Spanky’s tech and all that stuff but as far as helping an average person win this pod doesn’t do it. It’s really a history of sports betting and the players involved, it does that beautifully and maybe only pod doing that. I just think maybe the title should be the history of sports betting rather than being better bettors is because it doesn’t help you win

Horrible. When you’re hosting a show that is all audio you don’t pronounce it “be bettuh bettuhs” for crying out loud. Unlistenable.

This guy is the worst of the worst in the industry. Lies, cheats, steals harder than anyone. And now he gets on a soapbox and gives everyone a “Business Ethics 101” sermon. Hilarious. He also speaks like he’s got a bucket of marbles in his mouth.

I have been listening to Gambling With an Edge for years, did not know this show existed until now, this is in the top five informational gambling podcasts ever, seriously. Not many shows compete with that and this one does

If you want to truly understand the sports betting industry, and what drives it, this podcast is a must. I’ve been betting sports for over 25 years. I’ve read numerous books, been involved with forums, spent countless hours testing angles and theories. However, nothing has helped me more than listening “between the lines”, of each episode.

I’m in Costa Rica. I know the ins and outs. Spanky is one of the best bettors in the world. Every bookmaker down here fears him. He’s the real deal. No one even comes close.

Sparky is overflowing with knowledge and never hesitant to share. Evergreen content. Must listen for anyone looking to become a little less square. Keep up the great work and thank you Spank

Real guy, knows his stuff and gives more to his audience than anyone else in the field, almost to the point where it feels like it could hurt his earn. If I had that much to give I certainly couldn’t just give it away. Respect.

Just want to say huge props and congrats for that interview with Ray Marino. Thanks to him for pulling back the curtain on the industry and to you for some key questions we all wanted to know about. Just spot on—so well done!

The best part for me is learning all the life stories of a really interesting set of guests and how they got into their part of the gambling profession. Spanky does really well to get people to tell their stories with enthusiasm and they all seem to have found fulfillment in their lives and have great stories about the history and evolution of the business and their keys to being successes on their terms. A great listen every week.
