    Awesome podcast!
If I could, I’d rate this podcast a 10+. I’m learning to trust God even more through listening to Rebekah, Gabe and those who they, no doubt, prayerfully choose to come and tell their ”stories.” I just finished listening to the latest podcast as they welcomed Todd Pierce to share today. Enduring trauma as a young child, I still struggle so much with letting go of control. Thankfully, God is patient with me. Thanks to both Rebekah and Gabe for your willingness to be vulnerable. It makes such a difference in the lives of so many!

    Life changing
I really don’t have words for the healing this podcast has led me too. The vulnerable talks about mental health and how to walk through that. Seems like since I’ve been listening to this is podcast for years the deeper I grow in my relationship with God. This couple truly has a heart for the Lord and his ways and I love hearing practical advice to help us through this life. I don’t know where I would have been without this podcast. God bless this beautiful couple for taking us along their journey.

    Changed my life!
I don’t say things change my life, like ever. But this podcast has truly helped me figure out my purpose, make a plan, find my rhythm, and seek the goodness of God in all things! Thank you Rebekah and Gabe!

    Wonderful!!
God has used Rebekah Lyons over and over again in my life. From hearing her speak about overcoming anxiety on another podcast which led me to read her book, Rhythms of Renewal (a book which began my path toward freedom from anxiety), to now listening to her podcast, I am forever grateful for her vulnerable, honest teaching. I am blessed by her and recommend her books and teaching to anyone I know who is struggling with anxiety, fear and stress. Thank you Rebekah and Gabe!!

Leaving more time for your guests to talk?
I really enjoy this show from the start! But lately, I’ve noticed that it seems like your guests don’t get to talk much while conversing with you guys. I appreciate all of your experiences and understanding on the topics of the show, but I’d really want to hear more from your guests if that’s possible? Thank you so much for all you do so far and please keep up the good work!

This podcast is like a fresh breath of air to me. It always uplifts me and sends me in the right direction. It also helps me understand faith and God more and what he really wants for all of us.

Season 5 is better than ever!
Lean into those rhythms! Season 5 is better than ever with more clarity and a more streamlined feel to the episodes. I especially love how Rebekah has added a personal introduction with scripture and how it has applied to something difficult she is walking through. This is no “Christianity Lite” or “feel good” message but rather feels like the real thing, addressing the struggles in life we all face. Thanks Rebekah, Gabe, and guests!

I have to say I like your podcast and even bought your book. I think I might start a study with your new book. But, I was disappointed when you offer your phone number and text NOT with encouraging messages, but to sell us stuff. I was disappointed. Your emails also it’s to sell me things. I understand you are trying to make a business out of this also. It just made me sad every time I opened a text and it was for me to buy something or download something. So I just decided to not get you text messages.

Love the show but host talks too much
The guests are super interesting however more time is spent on the hosts talking than on the actual guest talking.

    So practical!
This podcast came up as a suggestion based on others I listen to, and I’m so glad it did! It has been incredibly valuable because every episode is extremely practical—from anxiety to physical health to shopping habits to family life to relationship with Christ, this podcast covers everything, and I walk away from it feeling uplifted, encouraged, and empowered to live a life of rhythm!

    End of Rhythms
I really enjoyed listening to this podcast until today when they threw a lot of Christians under the bus - if they ever had an abortion or are in a same sex relationship - how dare they judge what only God has the right to judge! I cannot and will not judge anyone else’s life - will not be listening any longer

    Much needed! A must listen!
Much needed! So many relatable topics! - running — need of rest — being outdoors is all good for the soul! A much needed reminder to lean into those rhythms more! Love this podcast so much and have learned so many nuggets of wisdom and applicable everyday life rescues. A Grateful Blessing to Live Fully
I just got home from the ‘Good For All’ event in Des Moines, Iowa. What a blessing. You both brought me to tears-seeing how intentional and aware you are in parenting and growing your families faith. TOO OFTEN, after an event the inspired absorbs a portion of what they learned. But, I turned on this podcast on my 4 hour drive home. BLESSED! Bought your book and preordered rhythms of life for my daughter and I -So excited.

    Therapy for the Soul
Rhythms for Life podcast has been therapy for my soul. Carving out the time to listen to this podcast has been one small thing I started doing for myself that opened me up to a whole new positive outlook. One small thing led to another and another, guided by encouraging words. Feelings of confidence and self-worth coming back, I am more than my roles. I am truly starting to own that if I take care of myself, it is the best thing I can do for others and the two tiny humans needing me. I am making my rest more intentional and it has fueled my most productive days. TAKING THE time to run in the morning has been life giving and sets up my day. Out of the overflow of my heart I have much because I have been given much. I truly understand that you cannot give what you don’t have. Living depleted and overwhelmed does no good to anyone. Rest well SO THAT YOU CAN Love Deeply. Being more intentional about the Rhythms I am doing and taking that reflective pause to think before mindless doing. You become the best version of yourself.

    Life changing
I have never felt balanced at work and at home and stress and anxiety were beginning to take over my life. After reading Rhythms of Renewal, I was able to really reflect on the missing pieces that are preventing a life of peace and purpose. I read one chapter a day so that I could really soak it in. Now I am so thankful that I found the podcast. I have been listening to one a day which has been a great way to stay focused as I incorporate new daily rhythms. This has been a life-changing journey!
  • cris10cltr
    So incredibly relatable!
Rebekah and Gabe are the calming relatable voice I need to hear when I can’t get out of my own head. Juggling everything, special needs kiddo, a husband with PTSD, a strong willed younger daughter who tests my patience, and work, ha! I’m pulled in so many directions but the Lyons’ are that calm in my madness, my walking partners, that help me clear my head! What a huge blessing you two are!
  • Lovinglife86
Good for your heart and soul
This podcast is my weekly go-to! Rebekah and Gabe are a dynamic team that weave humor and truth into a perfect blend. I always finish encouraged or challenged, but not overwhelmed. The various topics about rhythms and rest have been just what I have needed in my walk with God and I have been renewed again and again as I join them on the journey!

    Daily Joy
I have been listening to your podcast for two weeks and it has brought so calmness into my life. I recently finished your sessions on Prime and this has been a continued gift. It is so thought provoking but so comforting. I have shared it with several girlfriends in hopes they can find their daily joy in whatever season of life they are in. I have not read your book but have no doubt in my mind it will be a personal favorite. Thank you for sharing your light, it has sparked mine!
