I like most of the meditations but they are very short in length and there hasn’t been any new content since 2020

I love the Fitmind app, it will teach you every style of meditation you can imagine, at every pace, there is something for everyone. The Podcast is also incredibly helpful and inspiring. Good Discussions on Brain, as We “Know” It
The Future of Brain episode came across as too narrow minded & naive about the impact of humanity’s biological & psychological traits like insecurity, deceptive growth & greed, discriminatory tribalism & political nature that have brought us to this highest point of risk to humanity so far, NOT AI algorithms or systems. Furthermore, as long as humans continue to design any control systems including AI as a reflection of the above drivers, the targeted impact will continue to be this planet and all its species particularly future of humanity, as we can witness already…

This is the best podcast in existence!
In my personal opinion this is the most insightful podcast out there, it’s very hard to put a realistic value on enlightenment but you do a great job of showing humanity where our focused attention should lie. I am eternally grateful Mr. McClintock, please don’t ever stop making episodes ⭐️

    Truly a top notch podcast
Great content, fascinating minds and thought-provoking conversations. I love this podcast because of the insight and wisdom I am able to derive from the guests he brings on for the show. I have been an avid meditator for the past seven years and this podcast along with his app (FitMind) are spot on and beyond what most are offering in terms of quality and content. Well done!

    Just started
Came across this podcast and while scrolling topics, the porn episode piqued my interest. So curious to see how the brain processes porn. Not quite what I thought. Where to begin! Oh yes, equating porn to Romans enjoying gladiators getting tortured and killed. Whoa! And from there it goes on and on with extreme examples. Of course no one wants children watching and being influenced. Or young women being raped and filmed. I’m half way through and I still have not heard one word about the brain. Telling me that young men watching prom and following a script in their own lives is simplistic at best. Long before porn hub humans have experimented and explored their bodies and sexuality. That IS. natural. I could go on but why.

    My Favorite Podcast…FitMind
I really enjoy FitMind. The guests are really well chosen. In fact, I usually go to some of the Ted Talks and You Tube lectures after I get a particularly interesting or relevant topic. I have learned a lot from Liam’s questions and the guests’ dialogue. This information has helped me to grow spiritually and not just in the meditation realm. Thank you so much! Maybe someday you can have Gary Zukav as a guest. He would be a good one for your show. Thank you again Liam for the good work. It makes my day seem brighter and more productive.

This podcast and the meditation app changed my life
I had practiced some mediation before but it wasn’t until I tried the FitMind app and later on began listening to this podcast that I made a drastic change. I was in a dark place and didn’t have much hope for a better future. It’s now been a year since I began a deep journey of healing, forgiveness, and growth. I love Liam’s approach bringing together Eastern and Western knowledge but with acknowledgment and respect. For a person like me, I feel it wouldn’t have worked otherwise. This podcast has been inspiring, and uplifting. Liam’s voice and personality is the perfect combination of sweetness and straightforward, clear, intelligent communication. I have recommended this podcast and the app to every person I love and wish well. I’m forever grateful.

The Stoicism Podcast hit the spot!
I’ve been really into the Fitmind App over the summer as I am on summer vacation - I am a foreign language instructor. So I have been turning inward due to the pandemic. In addition, I’ve also concluded that stoicism and mindfulness practice are extremely congruent and complimentary. I highly recommend combining the two approaches. Great podcast.

A great daily dose of insight
This is the first podcast I’ve subscribed to. I found it from the FitMind App which a therapist recommended—and I love both. The exploration and discovery of meditation methods and other head health—the how and why—a nice blend of practice and education. Insightful interviews/discussions that get my thoughts rolling in good directions. Thanks Liam and staff!
  • Best Pod Cast i know of.

    Science with an esoteric leaning
Absolutely value the material in this podcast and associated app. As a scientist, a marine ecologist, and yogini, I find the topics Liam addresses blends the esoteric elements with current science. Given the majority of intellectual males, it appears that there a a lack of females in neuroscience.

Lots of interesting guests and great questions asked

    Chaos
Thank you for creating this podcast. At a time of chaos I subscribed and listened to 5 shows today ending with the episode on Jiro Taylor. I can’t express how this podcast has, at a terrible time, given me a new perspective. Absolutely amazing insight into changing our lives and living better.

    Praises and an inquiry
First I would like to say that I love theses podcasts. Every guest that’s been brought on (that I’ve listened to, at least) has been engaging and informative. Liam is a great host and there never seems to be a lull in the conversation. Keep them coming! My inquiry is if you have intent or interest in bringing in someone who focuses on music and meditation. Both in listening to music as a medium for meditation, and how meditation for musicians can help to improve our ability to just play and not think. I’m a Berklee graduate and while I would say I’m a competent pianist/guitarist/singer, I always feel held back by my own brain. Whether I go on a mental tangent where I’m eventually not even in the song I’m playing, thinking about what I’m going to do next to where I’ve lost connection with what I’m actually doing right there, or obsessing over that slip-up a few measures back. Do you have future plans for this line of thought, or would you consider this? Either way, I’m a huge fan of your program and podcasts.
