    Fantastic show
This is a great podcast to listen to if your into toys and collectibles (mostly toys). Both hosts are knowledgeable and are very entertaining together. I love hearing the rumors or hints that are given as they both have solid knowledge of the toy world. As a child of the late 80s/90s I love MOTU, TMNT, etc. They hit on all things MOTU toys, Marvel Legends, Super7, NECA. The opinions on toy companies including Mattel I find interesting and insightful. The discussions on the big cons and toy fair are great. The top upcoming. Toy reviews, wonderful. My only complaint, is that they don’t do MORE or longer shows. Keep up the great work, keep giving us hints and insight. Keep us informed on MOTU, Legends, TMNT (please), Super7, and more! Wanted to add on to my review. Forgot I already posted one and went to do one now. As an update July 2020. I realize just how great this show is, especially as I wait for another episode to drop. Each Sold Separately is in my top 2 of most enjoyable podcasts. Only number two, to a show that runs more often. Otherwise, it’d be number 1 hands down. Update- 2023- would love them to come back and do more shows.

    They’re back!
If you love toys, comics, cartoons, pop culture, nerd culture, and brutal honesty about personal obsessions with those things, you’ll love this. The guys are funny and charming. Looking forward to further episodes.

    Nah
Have to love a show that trashes it’s listeners / collectors and then spends 30 minutes talking about themselves.

    Waste of Time
Annoying, condescending idiots blathering about how smart they are. No usefully insight whatsoever.

    I love it except for…
Raines’ ranting when he doesn’t like a figure (usually DC)-“It’s horrible! It’s terrible! It’s toilet paper!” and his complaining about the Star Wars sequel trilogy.

    Best Action Figure Podcast
This is my favorite podcast. I look forward to every episode. I listen to this on long drives with my family and then go home and google all the figures and spend too much money. In one of the earlier episodes Brian chanted “one of us” about introducing his son to action figures. From my backseat a tiny two year old voice starts changing “one of us, one of us.” It’s working.

    Much better earlier on
I loved this podcast when it first came out. More recently I have not been able to finish the episodes. The hosts have both been collecting a long time and that’s great, but they have the tendency to belittle other collectors “oh you have 30 figures your collection is soooo huge (insert sarcasm)”. Everyone’s collection is great no matter size, time spent collecting, or cost. The collecting community don’t need more snarky people.

    A good time for all
This is a fun podcast. I've been looking for a solid action figure pod off and on for a while and I think I finally found one worth a sub. If I have one issue, it’s that it skews heavily modern and I’m more into vintage, but that’s a personal preference note, not a show quality note. As of the writing of this review, they haven't recorded or released a new one in a while. So, hopefully they get back to it soon.

    Simply the best!
I love this podcast. It's engaging and entertaining deep dive conversations about action figures. The hosts are great. Both have a ton of passion for action figures. Guaranteed a super fun listen each episode.

Like a conversation with old friends
I am really enjoying this podcast. Each episode is so much fun to listen to, that I binged the existing ones in just a couple of sittings. They brought back so many memories of toys I had and didn’t have, and of tv shows I remember fondly. The nostalgia factor is high as they reminisce about calling the store and having items put on hold, moments like King Hiss’ legs breaking, shopping at bygone five n dime stores, toylines like Mego, Remco, and Golden Girl, Aladdin, Toy Biz’s DC Super Heroes, and even The Simpsons! The episodes where they look at their favorite lines from a particular decade are a lot of fun; most often I find myself smiling as I remember happy moments as a child, or marvel as I rediscover some small moment I forgot all about once I grew up. Thank you, Brian and Raines!

    Lets you in
I'm a novice compared to these guys. However, it's so much fun to hear truly passionate nerds (i'm a nerd fyi) discussing what lights their fire. I, now, have a new thing to nerd out over, and that makes me a happy camper.

    Awesome!
I feel like I’m part of the conversation. Haha. I find myself making small comments out loud. I have a lot in common with Brian mixing some “girls” lines in with my collections. The 90’s were a challenge for toys. GI Joe And Transformers had some gems but I’m hard pressed to think beyond them (and Toy biz marvel).

You don’t have to be a collector to enjoy
You don’t have to collect to enjoy this podcast. Brian and Raines keep you entertained whether or not you've ever heard about the toys and collectibles they’re talking about - check out the Instagram page for handy visuals, though. Plus, I got an awesome gift idea from an episode!

    Great action figure podcast!
Came across this channel in a Super 7 comments thread about the Toyfair reveals. I subscribed and than binge listened to all three available episodes that day as I worked. I was excited to learn that one host is the guy who has the cool website of all the vintage playsets. I hope he will discuss these rare vintage playsets in the future. I love action figure talk in general. Way to go guys!

    Totally rad
This is an awesome podcast. I thought I was a nerd, but turns out I only dabble in nerdom in comparison to these guys. They’re so relatable, funny, and charming, they make me want to go out and buy each of the figures they’re passionate about.

    “He’s a Wampa you bas...”
Love listening to the Colonel. The passion not just for collecting toys, but for collecting in general as a hobby. I’ve subscribed! Keep up the great work! Sam Shepard would be proud.
