Been a follower for years but it seems Paul & the podcast has lost its way. Not offering much on content anymore, instead, just out to make money. Don’t hate em for that, just not what I’m tuning in for. The evaluations at AAU tournaments are tough to listen to.

As a younger official I’m always trying to find more info and tips to improve. This podcast is amazing

I started listening to this podcast over a year ago, and I was instantly hooked. I went back and listened to every episode. At the time I think there was 50 or so episdoes. Every episode I walk away with multiple tips to implement into my game. It has become a great pregame listen on my way to my games and helps keep those tips from the episode fresh. Paul does a great job not only bringing great guest but keeping the content ideas new and different, from the IDP, to rules talk, the NBA/NCAA Officials and more, I enjoy every episode. Please continue to keep up the great work and know that many officials appreciate the content.

Crown Refs is a phenomenal podcast for officials. Paul puts out tremendous content on all media platforms. His podcasts are great tremendous and the guests he has been able to get show how passionate he is about improving the game for all officials. He is also very open and has personally helped me with questions about summer camps even though we have never met. Great work

I love officiating basketball. It’s a passion of mine. When I found Crown Refs and started to really listen to them it woke me up to a whole new thinking of officiating. Nothing really compares to what they do and help you through. I’ve tried to watch YouTube videos and read articles. But The Crown Refs really dive deep into the understanding and fundamentals of officiating with real life situations we have all faced as officials! I love listening and will continue to listen!

The content you guys have is amazing!!!! This is a great way to keep the officiating mind sharp during the off season. I love that there’s a little bit of everything here. As a newer official who is now trying to advance in my officiating career, this podcast has helped me out a lot! Listing and understating where other officials are coming from and where they are at now is just incredible and motivating! This year was my first year that I took the initiative to attend a number of camps! My 4 hour drive to one of my camps, I listened to several episodes going, which really got my mindset in place for camps, clinicians, evaluators, directors, coaches, players, and just communication! I appreciate this podcast very much! Thank you for all you do!

From game to game situations that come up, to what a clinician looks for in an official to get the call to the next level. Paul provides information on how to prepare for try out camps or the upcoming season.

A great resource to help improve your game no matter your level. I only wish I had this my first couple years as an official.

Finally a podcast based out of the Mecca of BBall. These two guys are real: gritty and self-deprecating. Looking forward to seeing how this podcast evolves to include coaches, big time officials etc. while becoming more polished.
