    The food medic is my all time favorite podcast to listen to. As a registered dietitian I originally started following Hazel when she was focusing solely on nutrition. I love her transition to women's health while still incorporating nutrition and overall wellness in everything she does. Highly recommend this podcast 💃🏼

    I just listened to the season 5 finale on sleep. This was a wonderful episode that answered all of my questions about sleep. This was the first episode I listened to but will not be my last! Dr. Hazel has a wonderful calm voice and many great topics! Loved it!

    This is one of my most favorite podcasts. I really like how someone outside the medical profession is given health tips that is easy to understand, and I appreciate how Dr. Hazel and the guests care about the wellbeing of people. They still suggest that you see your own GP while still also providing a wealth of health information. I cannot wait til the next season comes out!

Hazel is engaging and has a voice that carries so well in this medium.     Great podcast episodes with insight from experts in the field of fitness, health and wellness (and very relevant to today). Length of each podcast is great (though I found myself wanting to hear more). I recommended one episode especially to a work collegeaue. Looking forward to the next season of the podcast.
