    Great motivational podcast!!
    This podcast is my favorite go-to for all things health and fitness. I started out as a vegan a year and a half ago and was very nervous about how I was going to get my protein in and stay healthy. These guys really know how to do veganism right. They are so motivating- when I listen to them I always feel empowered to make moves in my health and fitness. I also trust them because they have truly put in the work to research what works best. In a world full of so many conflicting views about health, the vegan gym is a shining light of truth and compassion.

    This is a great and informative podcast. They cover interesting topics and give really practical advice. Leif is a little over the top and kind of yells everything and Andres is a bit more mellow so they’re a great balance and both are solid, smart guys. I love this podcast because it keeps me motivated and focused. Highly recommend.

    This is a Great Podcast I discovered late, but it’s so inspirational and filled with great information. I freaking love it. I’ve started from episode 1 and now I’m on episode 22. I’ve learned something from every single episode. It’s made my workouts better, eating better and it helps with support of my decision of being a Vegan.

    These guys are some of the REALEST out there. I began listening when I switched to a vegan diet last March and they have helped me immensely!!! They are not only SUPER informative, but SUPER motivating; so much so, I find myself listening to their motivational, real-talk style shows at the gym to get myself amped. From a production standpoint, the show is relevant, useful, LOGICAL, AND enjoyable to hear (they have pleasant voices to listen to). Bravo guys.

    It’s a confusing information world. I’ve spent YEARS researching how much protein to consume, amino acids, absorbable plant based protein, progressive overload, building vegan muscle, if you can actually build muscle while shredding fat (it’s possible!).. and I can’t believe it’s all here, in 1 place with the information so well laid out. And if you aren’t sure on their advice, they state the studies, research, and sources they obtained their information from. Their knowledge base is seriously the most in-depth I’ve heard! They aren’t the next cookie cutter salesman, their strategy actually gives real results based on research, evidence, your body type, nutrition, and how to motivate you personally for long lasting results.     Amazing vegan fitness podcast !
    This podcast has been so informative. I’ve been lifting for about 8 months now. Vegan for almost 5 years too😬! I’ve lost 100 pounds over the past few years but was never serious until I began lifting and wanted to get serious about becoming fit. That’s when I dropped about 30 pounds fast from lifting and watching my macros. My biggest struggle is losing stomach & inner thigh fat/flab from losing so much. This podcast has given me a lot more motivation and helped me get my macros more on track. I started out barely eating when I began lifting. I was so strict and not really happy. Hearing what you guys eat and how you workout is really helpful for me. This being a vegan podcast too is sooooo much better for me also. Thank you both for all your help. I love the podcast and highly recommend! Go vegan!

    I absolutely love this podcast! It gets me pumped up to hit the gym and stick to my meal plan. I find that I already know a lot of the info/facts that they offer up (been vegan 6 years now), however, it's always encouraging to have my research reaffirmed/confirmed by people who are living proof that you can be strong and awesome on a vegan diet. Whenever I'm meal prepping for the week, I listen to this podcast, and if I ever feel like cheating on my macros, I listen again to keep me on track. Great work guys.

    These guys are awesome!
    I stumbled across this podcast about one month ago. I am not vegan just yet, still in transition. I would say I’m plant based 90 percent of the time. I have tried some of the recipes on Leif’s top 30 vegan foods and some of the recipes may help me get all the way there. These guys offer great content in every episode. They are well organized and very well researched on all their topics. I’m trying to more implement their advice on doing the heavy compound exercises at the gym. I do have limitations on the squat and the deadlift. I had a hernia and a torn meniscus in my knee both over 10 years ago. So I will get there but currently for those exercises I need to do higher reps and really pay attention to my form. I would like to hear a little bit from them on how they develop arms as they seem pretty critical of bicep curls. The episodes they do on fat loss. I have been following their advice and am down to about 12 percent body fat and am almost seeing my lower abs. Thank you guys for all that you are doing its much appreciated! Larry from California

    I have been loving this podcast. I found this podcast last week and I have been listing to this podcast as much as I can to catch up on all the episodes. I have been plant based for about 2 years but I spend the last year and half as junk food vegan. When I got into fitness and healthy vegan livng, it was over welming. I always enjoyed working out but there is so much information out there, one source tells you one thing and the other goes against it. This podcast exaplains the science clearly, plus with great fitness tips along the way. Keep spreading the good, healthy vegan vibes!

    Yoooooo.... this podcast is everything! The information is golden, the brotherhood is solid and the gains are visible. I’ve been vegan for 2 1/2 yrs now and been going to the gym for about 8. Realized I was just going thru the motions and not seeing much results, ur podcast amongst other research I’ve done has been life changing. I’ve realized I was under eating, not reaching the amounts of protein I needed and not pushing myself as hard as I needed to in the gym. I’ve recently dialed all that in and can say that I’ve found the love I’ve once had for fitness, its my new high, can’t wait to be where I should of been years ago.     Peas guys are the real deal. I’ve bean listening to every episode and I am soy into this podcast. After each lesson, I’m a lentil bit wiser. Now I’m kale-n it in the gym. Everyday I’m brusselin. A lot of people think going vegan is a big missed steak. But haters gonna hate, I don’t carrot all. So take a listen for yourself and be sure to turnip the volume. Don’t settle on being mediokra. Get inspired and romaine focused. And when those meat-eating losers try to break down our spirits, lettuce tell them tofu— themselves and shout: “Not today seitan.”

    I love this podcast! I listen to Leif and Anders every single day and they singlehandedly get me through every day at my office job staying motivated, dialed in on my nutrition, and excited for the gym after work. They have literally changed my life in the short two months I’ve been listening to the podcast, eating mostly plant based, and implanting heavy compound weight lifting. Before listening I never even went near the bench and now it’s my favorite. So so so grateful for these dudes and the progress they’ve helped me attain. Shouts out to Leif and Anders for being amazing vegan coaches and doing this free podcast that in a way is free coaching for all vegans interested in bodybuilding!     LOVE your podcasts!!! I am new to the whole “increase protein” thought process but I completely agree with it. My older son encouraged me to intensify my weight training program and at 60 years old I am loving this but I’m having a problem eating all the food I’m supposed to eat. Other than adding pea protein to oatmeal, etc., any suggestions? I’m just not hungry enough to eat everything I should eat.

    I literally listen to this Podcast on the daily. Like most vegans, I didn’t focus on protein, even while training to be a bodybuilder. Within the last 6 months I have increased protein content and am getting the best results of my life! Love all the research-backed information you guys provide. Also, Kaged Muscle does have some vegan products! (Listening to the new one now!)

    Leif and his brother Anders are a dynamic duo who as many state are a wonderful balance of insight, research (that’s cited), anecdotes and just general inspiration that gets you optimistic about all faucets in your life, not just veganism or body building. I’ve been going through some personal matters, and it seems each episode I can pull from one of their podcasts to help me out. Lots of heart and honesty poured into these. I’ll be tuning in to hear one day they’ve hit their goal of helping 1 million get shredded (myself included!)!
