Riley Hughes59If only…If only I had listened to this in my 20’s, I think a lot of hardship would have been averted. But here I am now and I’m incredibly appreciative that it exists. Melanie and Jason are just so on point about the internal realities that move people in this world. God, if this could only be required listening for young men everywhere, we might have a different world. THANK YOU!

Scott RothmanEssential listening for any integrated man!I stumbled upon Melanie’s podcast last year after listening to Evolutionary Men by Jason Lange. Every single episode has helped me understand who I am as a man, and how I can get better as a partner. Some of the ideas have seriously challenged my previous notions of how to be in a romantic relationship. I also participated in the Pillars of Presence program led by Jason and Melanie, which dramatically changed the course of my life. I am thankful for both of them and would urge every man to tune in here, whether single or in a relationship.

squidguythingThere’s is hope for humanityI don’t usually write a written review but I think this podcast needs this. You have restored my faith in humanity, as a 50 something-year-old single female I was losing hope that there were any men out there doing this hard work to become a better human being. Keep up the good work, I’m always inspired, listening to these podcasts, the vulnerability and honesty that the men share, and the words of wisdom that you impart on your listeners. It’s priceless.

Optimistically PessimistFinally, it feels like I am not aloneListening to this podcast, I want to to cry for hapiness the first time in my life. My whole life I felt there was something wrong with me for being too passive, not a jock, not knowing why it was so much harder for me than others. This show gives great insight to men, in a culture that values capitalism and viral videos. There is finally a light in the dark.

Conn MelEp 287 cringingOh my God, why didn’t you stop the first guest she could not articulate anything her thoughts and her voice was annoying but aside from that somebody should’ve interjected and try to help her put her thoughts together. It was very rambling and long and drawn out about how basically she met somebody it was very hot and heavy and instant connection. That was all she had to say good God.

Sportsenthusiast35Awesome, needed!!What a great podcast! It’s awesome and needed! I’ve learned a lot from listening to this. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who’s interested in learning more about the topics of dating, relationships and sex. These topics, particularly sex, aren’t discussed as often and openly in our society as they should be. Please keep up the fantastic work Melanie and team!

Scotty SimpEngaging and HelpfulI’ve listened to what feels like countless podcasts about bettering one’s self. Especially when it comes to the intimacy of me and my wife. I love her so much and am learning how to better love me through self improvement and retraining how I think about myself. Melanie does this SO well and I really trust her and what she has to say. She is honest and also respectful of other people’s experiences which is something I hold close to me as a life value. I would strongly recommend this to any man who wants to better their relationship with their wife, girlfriend, or life partner!

JJN MacBook AirTry it; You’ll Like ItIt’s ironic that a woman has such direct and powerful counsel for men. Melanie, often joined by Jason, provides incisive content. I like particularly the sessions when groups of men and women share their experiences and views. Want to be a better man, then listen to this better woman.

Phl¡¡pBringing Men back into their True PowerReminded me how to share myself and my truth with authenticity & vulnerability. The episodes I gravitate toward have helped me in ways I often didn’t expect. Thank you 🙏🏼

TheinteicateelfThis is what is needed!Melanie and her guests are not only experts in the field, they understand the art of presence - and that is the truly transformational aspect of sexuality - beautiful, keep it up!

Groo_the_WandererConnect to yourself and change your life!During my divorce, I found this podcast and it has radically transformed my life for the better. Her selection of topics and guests are usually of high quality. Her ability to traverse a topic and identify themes therein is masterful. And her delivery is fun and crisp. Dear men is a standout podcast in the categories of sexuality, men’s work, and relationships. Listen to Melanie’s podcast to uncover your dysfunctional patterns, detect what has been lost within you, and discover a life of courage and fulfillment.

rich0000000000000Best podcast for its content!!!!As a man, this is one of the most helpful dating/relationship podcasts that I have ever found! Melanie talks about very applicable topics and devotes entire episodes to them with exclusively male and then female guests, which is excellent for understanding issues from both sides. She also talks with very esteemed guests that have wonderful perspectives and lessons to teach and presents them in a way that is very relatable and understandable. And her coaching class is top notch as well! Great work!

PhillipHou72Sad state of dating….I’ve listened to this hesitantly for a few months and this last episode was a killer. It sounded literally like a bunch of school girls laughing about how to hit on and get hit on by servers and baristas. This is a show about girls and boys. Every cold approach on this latest episode is about men who have nearly zero self confidence doing something cringeworthy that impresses these girls. Great podcast if your 15 or under. In reality, men walk over and say something complimentary and cute, ask for your contact info and either get it or move on. These girls make it sound like it’s a big win if they give a barista their Instagram.

InsightChariotMight as well listen to PUA b.s.This podcast literally has PUA style nerdy creeps on talking about being “alpha males”. Straight garbage.

BABM1InsightfulRecommended to me by a friend. Very insightful and informative. Particularly love the masculine energy ones and those with the Langes. Have shared it with many others. Really appreciate the work done with the podcast

Rockin So UtLife Changing - Brought me back to LifeI found the Dear Men podcast a few months after my divorce. I was in an extremely low place and trying to decide if I wanted to live and if I did what did I want my life to look like and was it even possible. Melanie and her guests helped me to start to piece my life back together and to change myself and to work on myself and to change my perspective about life and relationships. The Dear Men podcast transformed me and infused life back into me!!

American Veteran18Episode 174 fantastic episodeMelanie, your podcast is fantastic and is full of authentic, realistic information that is very easy to follow. One of the many things I appreciate is your ability to clarify very specific details when explaining things or asking a guest to clarify in detail which as a guy speaks to me without a bunch of questions still trying to understand a certain point you are addressing. This for me is critical and so much of you work and research is spot on with so many men. This podcast is a quality podcast for sure! Keep up the great work you are doing and the many fantastic guests you bring on!

StarCounter19Hidden GemThis is an amazing podcast. Melanie knows her stuff and deftly navigates topics such as relationships, sex, trauma, masculinity, femininity and everything in between. Her guests are well chosen and the back and forth is always engaging. One thing for sure, it causes the listener to reflect and think about where he is and where he wants to be.

AuntieEmLovesYaNuanced and empoweringThoughtful discussions that don’t oversimplify but do empower people to have authentic intimate conversations and to make real progress within ourselves and our relationships

thatspecialguyMust listenIf you are looking to heal from past relationships, trauma, or grow this is the podcast for you. Mel and her variety of experience guest will help you navigate thru the difficulties of relationship.

Paradis cityMore disconnect from masculinityI ask this: has anyone stopped while listening to this or the other “what a girl wants-centric” conversations today and thought; “hmm, maybe men need to learn about themselves, their feelings, and about being men FROM OTHER MEN!” As yet another generation of men raised by women, perhaps if we learn more about our masculinity from “the old fathers”, while learning to become more “integrated” men in tandem, perhaps we will then be able to give more openly to women while not shelving our own needs. Just a thought.
-
Speak proper EnglishPlease speak in professional, proper EnglishYour qualifications that give credence to the advice you present aside ... Please stop repeating the word “ like “ as you currently use several times in a sentence. Makes you look less professional and undermines the podcast presentation exponentially. Thank you for your consideration .

Joyfulldawngettin down and realThis podcast is great for insight and to not feel alone in some rough topics when it comes to sex, dating and relating. It has a lot of heart and connects real stories. I've loved every episode and continue to enjoy listening. Learning new things about myself and my relationships while also learning more about all of us male and female as a whole. Def. listen to this if you are desiring to understand men and women and how to bring the balance closer together in love. Plus it's a bonus to laugh and feel there with each story. Truly enjoyable and insightful. Keep on bringing on the stories of real life and the honesty to them.

jessica.schmidtAmazing deep dive into men, women, sex, sexuality, dating, relationshipsThis podcast is insightful, funny, deep, and real...I love it!!! I really enjoy the variety of perspectives and how true it feels for what it's like to date, love, and mate in the modern world. Mel asks terrific questions and leaves no stone unturned :) And, she teases out the implications for both genders as well as the implications based on what stage of relationship / dating you are in. I always feel like okay, there are challenges, but WE can do it -- Dear Men inspires me, as a woman, to know that we are all individually doing our work, or could be doing our work, with guidance like this. Glad to know this is out here serving so many people and excited to watch it touch millions of lives!
-
TapnmelWorth every second I spend listeningI love Dear Men! Melanie, your show isn’t just talk ... it’s smart, sexy and thought-provoking magic. You’re focusing on issues that matter ... and I wholeheartedly adore your dedication to evolving the conversation about sex. Yes yes yes! On behalf of the entire universe, thank you!

DelapierceDDirect, Honest, VulnerableI have been following Melanie Curtin for a while now, and am very excited to hear her podcast. She helps model healthy sexual communication in general, and helps deconstruct in particular what a healthy masculinity means. Excited for more!
-
Father FletchHelpful and InformativeI am grateful for the opportunity for hearing from women about sexuality in a way that helps me as a man understand better my own. We are complex creatures, and modern society doesn't always help us navigate the waters of our own sexuality. This frank, open, and informative podcast just makes sense! I look forward to where Melanie Curtin will take this, and to what she will share in future episodes.
-
MamaPianoFantasticThis is a podcast that everyone needs who wants to be successful with sex and dating. Thank you Melanie, for bringing us this wonderful information in a compassionate and fun way.

smeefoA place for healthy conversationsFound the show very enlightening and interesting. I appreciate those that share their experiences and also Mel for hosting and asking thoughtful questions. Thanks Mel!
-
SunnsplashFun, funny informative, and insightfulHonest and relatable discussion of sex and dating. It's great (and frankly rare) to hear these kinds of topics talked about in a fun way, but with real depth and clarity. Melanie is a great host who keeps things moving, and the guests are well-chosen. They're super relatable because they're just normal people, but who have something personal and insightful to say about sex or relationships, or both. I feel like both men and women can get something out of these episodes, since they impact both sexes in pretty profound ways ... honestly it's just refreshing to hear sex talked about without shame, especially by a woman. Looking forward to seeing where it goes.
