A diverse range of guests that have great knowledge and experience, and they don’t need to necessarily have advanced scientific degrees or papers either. I highly recommend it if you’re interested in overall health and wellness, this pod is definitely not just about weight training and bodybuilding

Am310xWould like to give this a higher review….For some guys just talking it’s great. Mark is a legend. He has a lot of honest material out there. But are we all really listening to this podcast? One of the hosts denies over and over steroid use dancing around what they’ve done for their size. They had a respectful guest who made the comment about it and there was a long silent pause. Watch the video episodes. They asked this guest why he helped reveal the liver king and his answer was the person is lying to our faces and some other things. Maybe this host has sponsorship deals and I respect that. But then you don’t get a pass. Just be silent and do your thing. When I hear the guys advice I just wait for the shameless sponsorship plug. Makes the podcast hard to listen to. I do like their call in sessions. I think they do meaningfully help people. Maybe if they were more aligned with a trt clinic they would be more honest. Maybe their clinic they pimp should pay them more so they can be honest about what their taking. Yep I don’t know. I’m not creeping where they pin. But now that I said it watch especially the video episodes and decide for yourself.

PyrocofeHelpful and inspiringI’ve been listening for years. Mark goes by many names but the Peoples Coach is one of the most fitting. He gives away so much knowledge that others would make you pay for. He has helpful saying likes “points on the scoreboard” that help motivate and keep one on track. Give it a listen.

19074?!Hands down my favorite all around fitness podcastThe amount of free knowledge that you get some this podcast can’t be understated. They take about things you never hear on other fitness podcasts , like making your feet stronger. Every week some times multiple times a week they have on great guests so you get to hear all different perspectives of nutrition and fitness because everything works it just depends on the person. I’ve learned a ton from listening to these three talk weekly and have changed a lot of my approach to nutrition and fitness for the better. Give it a listen you won’t be disappointed.
