Within the last hour I’ve finished every How C*m episode available. This review is looong overdue. I can’t even begin to describe how much this podcast has changed me. If I would have listened to it before I had sex for the first time I would probably be an entirely different person. Not only did I grow, but the podcast did as well. It started off as a journey and it truly shows. The guests get better, the information gets better, they learn and correct themselves.. it’s perfectly imperfect. If you haven’t found info that helps you or you haven’t seen yourself in an episode yet, keep listening or skip around. You will. This is the only podcast I listen to. Hi, I started to listen to this podcast in Mid-January and I LOVED the first and second season. I was so excited to finish all the seasons and catch up with the episodes and then…..season 3 happened…and it was not good. I had never skipped episodes and that’s what I had to do through most of S. 3 & 4. I’m starting season 5 and trying really hard to not let go….. I feel that every episode from the first two seasons were really powerful, well written and scripted. And the rest of the seasons are just lazy! 😪

Remy and their team has so much growth she owns up to it which is amazing. I love how much I have learned and have shared the podcast with family and friend which opened up our relationships and conversations to such important topics. I cannot recommend it enough! I started listening to this podcast because it was recommended to me and I absolutely fell in love with Remy and her story! Not only is her story relatable but it’s also something that needs to be talked about! I started having better conversation with my friends and my partner about the female orgasm. This podcast has grown so much since the first season and I’m excited to see where it goes.

I’m going to be 30 next year and I don’t know how to do anything really. I went to a Christian school in HS so the Sex Ed education was very regulated. I took Anatomy and Physiology but we never covered the Reproductive system. I essentially have the 4th grade education on this subject. I want to pleasure myself but I don’t even know what is what down between my legs. I don’t know what hole to finger. Can someone please tell me is it the first one in the flaps of skin? Or the one that is behind it that comes before my a hole? I would be so grateful for information about this.

I just wanted to say you’ve made a HUGE difference in my life — I went from never having had an orgasm (and feeling confused and ashamed and broken and envious), to getting myself a suction toy and having an orgasm (or 3) almost every day. I am happy with my sex life, but love this podcast. The host is a smart female comedian who cares about women empowerment and politics, which I appreciate. She has a wide range of guests including sex experts, fans of the show, and other comedians. One of my top faves for the last year and a half!

Why aren’t you listening already? The title alone should make you curious and the content should make you stay. I love this podcast. I learn so much that is out of my wheelhouse with every episode while also always feeling like it’s okay that it’s out of my wheelhouse. This is the most sex positive, and human positive (if that’s not a thing, Remy makes it a a thing), virtual environment possible. Every single one of my friends has been sent an episode on something that answers a question they were intimidated to ask, from religion to squirting. Just listen. Your body, mind, and community will thank you later.

This podcast is revolutionary, Remy is a queen, and I’ll never stop recommending this podcast. But the latest episode “How Fake” had me feeling absolutely disgusting - it was a weird mix of the guests rightfully calling out predatory behavior while simultaneously shaming women and assuming the absolute worst about people on the internet that they DO NOT KNOW. Lots of heresy, little to no giving the benefit of the doubt. I’m no stan for anyone, but speculating about other people being “fake” is a waste of effin time. This negative energy is not our vibe.

It’s such a joy to listen to her topics, I’ve been listening since season 1 and honestly she never really has a bland topic or a repetitive one. Thank you for always being so inclusive ❤️

This is the best. They have the most knowledgeable guests to talk about so many topics related to relationships, sex, body, etc. I love how they are so effortlessly inclusive in their dialogue.
