    Actually worth your time.
Plus it’s entertaining to boot. Not a day goes by I’m not thankful for the material and content Quincy and freeCodeCamp put into the world.

    Absolutely Awesome
I’m a mid-30’s dad married to a wonderful SAHM. I’ve done a pretty good job taking care of these two for the last several years, that is until I was laid off by my employer in the banking sector. Now I’m working two jobs, paycheck to paycheck just trying to make ends meet. There is no doubt in my mind that computer science and programming is the next step for me. Thankfully, Quincy and gang have done an amazing job of putting together curated content for people like me who are curious about their next steps in their career towards growth in software development. It is easy and fun to listen to, and I always walk away with a curious new insight about the role of software developer. It has inspired me to stay on this path, and I look forward to being a greater part of the FreeCodeCamp community in the near future.

Love the show but please check mic volume!
I absolutely love the discussions about how people got in to programming. I really appreciate the podcast making it less intimidating for me to start learning. However, can we please check the mic volume to make sure it’s loud and clear? I listen to it on drives and feel like it’s muffled at times even on full volume. Thank you so much for the interviews Quincy!

    Obvious Woke Agenda
Majority of the interviews are with women, a man impressive feat, given women are a minority in tech. Surely all women know they are brave and stunning, empowered warriors by now. Give it a rest.

Connecting with Tech For Introverts 2.0
I love this podcast. I loved the YouTube channel, then the Spotify playlists, then the podcast. Abbey is awesome and I really appreciate the deliberate line up of people of color, lgbtq, and women guests. The reason I started listening to this was because it is really hard to get a good vibe of the industry without actually getting out there and talking to everyone you can. This podcast, and CodeNewbie, bring it all to you in the safety of your own blanket cocoon. I feel like I have so much more insight of how things work, how to start my job search, what industry I might be more interested in, etc etc. Keep up the good work! I would love to hear stories of single moms with late in life career pivots! (If hyper specificities are welcome lol)

    Inspiring and real-world advice
I recently decided to make a career transition to web development. Everyone I ask recommends @freeCodeCamp (freeCodeCamp.org). I believe you’re one of the best resources on the web. As part of my new daily “Live and breathe” coding regimen, I find all of these podcasts not only inspirational, but extremely helpful with real-life examples. Instead of “wasting time” watching TV, (which admittedly is sometimes difficult, if you enjoy watching sports/movies), I now listen to this podcast as much as possible (when I’m not learning to code). I confess I do still watch an occasional movie once in a while, but I now find it important (at least for me personally) to focus on learning when I have any idle time. It’s encouraging to hear how so many people from diverse backgrounds are achieving success by learning to code. Keep up the great work!

    Interesting and Motivational
Most of the episodes deal with individual people's journies toward becoming professional Developers or Software Engineers. While the content can seem very specific to this niche market, many of the overarching lessons can be applied to anyone wishing to learn a new skill, get a new job, or change careers. The variety of topics and voices has been great so far.
