    Perfect for early intermediate learners
This podcast is a godsend. Exactly the level of German I need at this stage of my learning, and so well crafted to reinforce vocabulary and sentence structure. The transcripts are an invaluable complement to the audio. Vielen Dank!

    A well crafted podacast
This is the best “slow German “ podcast I have encountered… and I have tried many… it is crafted in a way that you have a good balance between easy words and more challenging ones. Annik’s voice is pleasant and clear. But, more importantly, the podcast is a beautiful window into German culture and German ways to see life. It’s kept short and sweet, concise, it delivers just enough to keep you engaged in the new language and culture. Congratulations to the crew involved in the production and to Annik. I know it has been a good number of years doing this, so you guys deserve your break!

    Carefully Made but with Agenda
Annik explains well and slowly. I’ve often turned to her to practice my comprehension, but I honestly would enjoy subjects with less agenda. This podcast seems to be used as a platform, perhaps inadvertently, but enough for me to not enjoy or benefit from it as much as intended.

    Very Helpful For Us Beginners
I love this Podcast! As a complete beginner (around 30 days) I find the slow, articulate readings to be perfect for my aging brain. Thank you so much for such a wonderfully helpful podcast!

    Absolutely a gem. Thank you!
I was looking for some German learning materials for beginners and found this gem. Each episode covers a small topic about life and culture in Germany, they are thoughtfully written and the length is just right. The host has provided transcripts of her episodes, which I find extremely helpful. I deeply appreciate her effort in creating this podcast. Thank you so much Annik ! <3

    Love this podcast
I’m still somewhat of a beginner in learning the German language, so I have found this podcast an excellent way to “get used to” pronunciation, accent, etc. Thank you for taking the time to do this podcast, and please never stop! :)

    Perfect
This is exactly what I needed. It is very difficult to teach yourself a foreign language; especially when you’re over 5000 miles away from where that language is spoken. Even though I cannot understand everything that is said, this podcast really helps me with pronunciation and understanding what sounds right.
