Lolita lashesLight of my weekI was introduced to Jonathan through queer eye. I now am also a fan of his smart, funny, vulnerable, informative and very fun podcasts. Thank you Jonathan for being part of the light of this world that is hard to find. I loved that you spoke of the addictive quality of foods in the past by the way. Lean into that natural healing and that farm fresh produce. Trust your Intuition girl, stay happy, healthy and always loved! Thank you for uplifting me on those hard days!

Lizzerloo8I have been changed for good…This was one of the first podcasts I ever listened to. Now years into listening I can honestly say this is one of the best podcasts out there. I leave the episodes changed- either filled with love and hope, bursting with new information, or sore from laughing. Some episodes are all three rolled into one. JVN is an amazing interviewer and open to learning and growth in a way that inspires me to dig deep on all subjects- not just the ones I am naturally drawn to. Thank you for the growth and joy you’ve inspired.
-

NinaaBeeHeartfelt and informativeI love JVN curiosity forward interview style with the questions you ask, even when you go off script and follow your gut with what is the best way to approach a topic with an interviewee.

Wolf TrainerMenopauseI love this Dr. I have had abnormal periods since I had one ovary removed at the age of 23. Next I know I’m getting meds for depression. This year hot flashes started. I spoke to my PCP. And she brushed me off. Well I felt deeply that it has always been hormonal. Could never get a referral to get mine checked. I could not tolerate any birth control. So last week I decided to buy an herbal supplement for perimenopause. With in 3 days of taking these supplements. My depression vanished. I was over the moon. Natures craft perimenopause support. It’s been my saving grace.

BoonmahJVN LOVE!!!!!signature JVN. loving, accepting, warm, funny!

PlutopiccolinoIndustryHi Jonathan , look up the Flexner report … ( how the rockefellers hijacked the medical industry by pushing textbooks in colleges, criminalizing all sorts of other sound medical practices , by way of grants to hospitals and colleges ) all for profit. It’s not normal … and the diet industry is the same . 😢 We are a sick society in all directions because a small group of people control too much especially the printing of our currency treating our national treasure as their for profit PRIVATE enterprise , and it’s illegal to audit them . This is what permits their control of 96% of global media , illegal lobbying …. Etc. The root of the eating obsession is deeper and it’s a societal tumor. Loviu and the best thing is to not obsess with food , and make it a habit 💕

OldHaegLacking editing/structureI adore JVN and want to listen to what they have to say. I was pumped when I saw they had a podcast with general curiosity as the angle. However I found the podcast itself to be pretty meh. I think the podcast structure is meant to be pretty free flowing but I found it super hard to follow. JVN follows their bliss with really cool guests, asking questions that are all over the place. Sometimes even the guests are confused. At the end I’m often wondering what I just listened too, because none of it really resonated. This podcasts has alllll the right ingredients but the recipe is off. If JVN was able to lead a more structured interview before going off on tangents and whatnot, this would be SO much better. It simply needs to be more concise. JVN, lean on your writing/editing staff for this podcast and add a bit more structure, please!!! 💗

OpineupineMAJOR! LOVE JVNJonathan is so authentic and really is the epitome of what a journalist is, someone who’s not afraid to ask tough questions, sensitive to others’ lived experience, and brings their own insight to the table. At the same time, Jonathan is funny, 100% true to their self, and unapologetic. I say MEH to anyone who dismisses them as fluff. Fluff you!
-
changagarciaAwful!Terrible interviewer.
-
artsy_jenLove this show!I've watched every episode of Queer Eye and JVN is my favorite! Anyway this show has a little bit of everything and has given me so many great book recommendations. I also was ecstatic with this most recent episode about asexuals. Finally representation! Thank you JVN for the positivity you bring to the world!
-
DoggrlFantastic Show Every Week!I have been a fan of this show and JVN for years now. His recent episodes with Anne Curzan (language), Renee DiResta and especially the conversations with Dr. Osama Khalil have been outstanding! All the episodes are smart, engaging and fun - I learn so much! The ones are name have really left me thinking and seeking more info through the guests’ books. Thank you, JVN and team for creating an amazing show and helping all of us learn. Thanks for being curious!
-
Dust Bunny MamaLive for it!I live for Jonathan's interviews. I have been listening since the beginning and the episode of “Is Romance Dead “ MOVED me. As a bi woman married to a Cis white male it really made me think of all the gender roles that we fall into but can and DO alter in this day and age it left me hopeful. The Dr. and their opinion of the future has left me curious and all I want to do is learn more!!!!

Hello from SW...VAMy Brain Is Having An OrgasmI have always loved learning through reading. But since I discovered Getting Curious, I have become an avid listening learner. Jonathan, you (on this podcast) are so freeing to experience , your realness, your expressing vulnerability is the strongest stuff I’ve ever heard. Allow me to add that I suffer through trichotillamania and your mentioning it on the show literally had me crumple over and cry when it was treated with such acceptance.
-
SloanbaloneOh the soundtrack on this intro! LOVE Thompson Twins!Love you JVZ!
-
tuxhtxutvhvj da ad uvibLove this concept and JVN!Love the show so much. Finally found someone as curious as me! And someone whose thoughts run FASTER than mine haha. I love the wide variety of topics and how many questions JVN asks, like yesss - get into it. The guests always seem so nice and SO SMART. The cherry on top is JVN being such a genuinely curious and caring soul. They’re the type of human I want to see more of in the world. Hope this gets another Netflix season as well.
-
Jay DeeNolaGenocide supporterVery disappointing TikTok that was deleted and JVN accused those calling him out compassionately as bullying. Rich, white liberal who doesn’t care about anyone else and refuses to listen to marginalized voices
-
Sara AbdulEducated informative fun and kindYour humanitarian approach to everything including Palestine is so rare and sincere
-
Samantha Arnott 06Long time listenerI’ve been listening to JVN since the beginning and this is actually the first podcast I ever subscribed to. I love the topics and the energy but I wonder why they can’t be a bit longer. The guests are often audibly rushed and it feels like we can’t dig deep with them like I get to experience on other podcasts. I’m not sure if jvns podcast partners push rushing the time but I wish we could extend the time of the pod so jvn and guests can speak all their thoughts.
-
Pads Paws & ClawsMore Please! 🥳Jonathan, I knew you were adorable, but now I realize you are also incredibly intelligent and well informed. This show is such a needed gift. Thank you!
-
JulesandJoeyHairdresser hereThe most recent podcast gave me life! I’m a hairdresser and all of the things made me so happy
-
Erin HeartsSo educational and fun!Thank you, JVN and guests, for educating me in a fun way! Recently I listened to your episode with Jackson Galaxy about how to be a good cat parent. 😻😻😻Loved! Then, this morning I listened to your episode about domestic partner violence. Soo important! I followed free from org and will be keeping up with that news since I am a survivor! Thank you Jonathan! 💖💖💖
-
AshlibeeLove this pod!!One of the few podcasts where I learn something new and genuinely enjoy every minute.
-
alexpaulanthonywoodLoveI love this show so much. It’s always a serotonin boost AND some sort of knowledgey lesson. JVN is so iconic, always asks the right questions…. I’m unclear on the title of the show. Is it pretty curious, getting curious, curious now? Something else? I always just type in curious and I’m OBV subscribed so it doesn’t really matter I guess. Love.
-
HMS38915JVN is a national treasureJonathan is such a inspirational person. They have made a significant impact on my life with their beauty and ferocity! Jonathan has a true and beautiful spirit that brings me personal joy. I wish more people were as honest and truthful as Jonathan is willing to be. ❤️❤️
-
DannerzzJVN has OCD???Hi!!!! I have ocd so I was so excited to hear JVN mention his first sign of OCD at 7:15 in the dolls episode - but then I googled this and I don’t see anything about JVN talking about having OCD. I can understand if he doesn’t want to be public about the diagnosis. It is a really misunderstood condition and I know JVN is a fantastic advocate for mental health so I’m disappointed if he was using OCD as a quip for a joke. OCD is much more than just keeping things arranged in a neat and tidy order. It can be debilitating.
