I listen to this podcast usually every time a new episode is up just to see what the most recent news is but the frequency of the shows is so random. The episodes are short and sometimes feel like they just get cut off. Like they were moving down a road and just decided to stop and take a nap instead of keep going. I would say I would probably enjoy this more if it was more frequent and went deeper but it just falls short. I do like that they attempt to be rational about UFO news but the odd and random frequency is off putting a little. May not stay subscribed for much longer.

Finally a group of rational thinkers in this community! Thank you for providing a such a great platform which is candid yet scientific in its approach to this subject. Keep it objective. you have made me a new fan and dedicated listener!

Had to turn off the latest ep because that guy sounds too much like Alejandro Rojas and that’s a deal breaker. Alejandro was someone who was respected in this field but lost his way. Sorry dude

During the last happy hour episode, a guest couldn’t resist and spewed her political affiliations’ view of the current President. I do not tune in to hear political opinions, Maureen should keep that to herself.

The screeching, high-pitch radio frequency sound effects are literally painful, especially if you listen to this with headphones (as I do). Although I like the podcast content, these sound effects are enough to make me never want to listen to this again. I

Jason is a great interviewer. I really missed him on the other podcasts he would frequent, but I’m glad he has his own adding more Great content to the genre. Keep up the great work !

Having researched this topic for 20 years it’s my opinion that this podcast is abysmal, credulous junk that exists only to promote garbage tv shows and ufo conferences. If you think the history channel is awesome you’ll love this podcast.

A fifty minute recap of a thirty minute show?

I went exploring around iTunes for something interesting to listen to , besides True Crime. After some really bad podcasts, I had to delete after 5 minutes, I found Unknown. Very good stories, hosts and quests are excellent. I had to subscribe immediately and download all the past episodes. Thank you!

Excellant for UFO enthusiasts like me!

I listen to at least a half a dozen paranormal/UFO-related podcasts. I just recently started listening to UNKNOWN and it is now part of my regular listening. First of all, Jason McClellan has a mellifluous voice. It's a genuine pleasure to listen to. No small thing when you listen to as many podcasts overall as I do. Some hosts' voices can be less-than-enjoyable. Secondly, both he and Maureen's presentation is very smooth and professional, something else I very much appreciate. Several other shows I listen to (who shall remain nameless) can be difficult to listen to because the hosts are just flying by the seat of their pants with no apparent thought put into the structure, presentation and sound of the show. Finally, the content of the episodes is succinctly presented in a tight fashion. No 2+ hour "ramblecasts" here and I appreciate that. They get to the point of the episode quickly, cover the important points, and get out. Some shows are 15min, some are 1 hour. I like that the show length varies based on the topic being discussed. Good job, Jason and Maureen.

Jason McClellan and Maureen Elsberry are two of the best researchers, journalists, and podcasters on the topics of UFOs, cryptozoology, and other phenomena. They take a straight up approach and don’t over sensationalize an already sensational subject. Would highly recommend the Unknown Podcast to everyone!!

I’ve enjoyed Unknown for years. Jason is always spot on with the latest UFO topics and all things strange. Entertaining and informative!
