    Cringe
The amount of times “like” is used or “I” “Myself” and “Me” is overwhelming. Who can listen to this? I listened to hear one of the guests and couldn’t make it through a minute. Skipped through and it didn’t get better.

    Episode Repeats
I noticed that the last two episodes she came out with are repeats.. totally fine considering Lauren IS on maternity leave & that is a common thing to do in the podcasting space…. However, w/ there being no mention of them being repeats, it’s sort of disguised as “new content” when it’s really not.

    Painful to listen to
Reminds me of the Valley Girls carrying on about how dramatic their world is

    Ads :(
I started listening to have relatable pregnancy content, but the ads are a bit much. It’s frustrating how short the episodes are compared to what she’s actually putting out.

    All ads lol?
Tried to listen for the first time in a year and now I remember why I stopped. How does a barely 30 minute podcast have literally 15 mins of ads lol.
  • ccniclas
    Too many ads
Used to love this podcast and the relatability of Lauren but as of the past year or so, her podcasts are riddled with ads. Have to skip every few minutes to obtain actual content. Planning to stop listening as a result. Waste of time.

    ALL ADS
This podcast is literally all ads. it’s unbearable to listen to.

    AD CENTRAL
It’s literally all just ads. Is this a joke???

    Love This Pod
I cannot write enough good things! I love how Lauren shares her life and mental health candidly! I do love the solo pods but am hoping for more guests!

    Editing??
What was up with the latest episode?? The ad reads had no editing - kept hearing her stir up her drink and burp? Just unprofessional and gross

    Ad Reads
Hi Lauren! The ads seems to be very broken up and not edited. Not sure if you forgot to edit the ads, it’s very choppy. I do love your podcast!

    What the actual f
What the f is going on with your ad reads? Do you not edit at all??? What is happening I’m so confused

    Too many ads.
There are WAY too many ads it’s unbearable. I like the podcast but there are literally multiple ads every 5-10 minutes, I’ve never listened to a podcast with so many ads
  • pnwforlife
    Ads on another level
I swear this podcast has more ads than any podcast I’ve ever listened to. It feels like 1 minute talking about her subject at hand and 5 minutes doing ads
  • Daysarelitttyyy
    Episodes are Giant Ads
My friend told me about this podcast and how it was so life changing, so I thought I would give it a listen. I’m used to ads in podcasts, however I couldn’t figure out when the ads ended and the actual content began. I switched through 4 different episodes and it was all the same thing. “How this product changed my life” “how this product made me more focused” sprinkle of actual advise/content “another ad for something “life changing””.. great ads, you should definitely get a job in marketing.. however actual content was lacking.

I want to love it but I don’t
I prefer Lo on YouTube instead of the pod. Her videos are more uplifting but her podcast just makes me feel v depressed and makes me feel like I need therapy just by listening to this podcast. Any trauma and self healing I’ve done seems to become unraveling when I listen to this and honestly my anxiety and mental health just deteriorates when I listen to this.
  • dcgirly12
    Too many ads
Whole thing is practically an ad…I’m having to skip every few minutes trying to get any actual content.
  • SarahNow
    Cringe!
Can’t handle their voices and immaturity... hard pass! Feels like I’m eavesdropping on a (cringy) conversation between two superficial “friends” at brunch.. Sad to see brands I love and value supporting this show! Honestly, makes me question the brand values 😒
  • mary33336
    Love
Love this podcast so much. I relate to her in so many ways. But why is there literally 10 ads per episode. Like get ur bag but girl I’m skipping through half the episode because of the ads.
  • CheyAlex22
vocal fry, overusing like, uptalk, etc
used to love, now they sound like two valley/LA girls which gives me anxiety LOL. i just feel like they’re putting on a skit rather than having genuine conversation… no hate! they seem nice enough, just not for me :)
  • Fe Joy
    Changed for the worse
Used to be a fan but ever since it switch to two hosts….eh not it. The voice and immaturity makes me stop the episode and switch to something else.

    all time favorite podcast!!
Every time I get on apple podcast, Mood is the first one I look for. Lauren is very relatable and I love how real she is! I was a little skeptical at first when she announced having a co-host, but I can tell Lauren has so much more fun on the podcast with Chloe! 10/10 podcast! The only negative I have is I wish there was a more consistency in the upload schedule, but I understand life happens.
  • agentprovocateur234
    not it
A lot of vocal fry, format is too conversational with two people. Don’t be afraid to have a topic and edit. These voices weren’t made for audio. No shade, some people just have a natural audio skill. Not Lauren(s).
  • SarahBrewer
    YES MA’AM
I understand the lower reviews may be because of their personal introduction towards Lauren’s energy. Being a 6 year loose follower of hers, moreso coming from YouTube, I actually love that she incorporates her raw character into this. It feels like I’m on a personal Table Talk with her or her features. The podcasts are way easier bc I can listen to this allllll day while multitasking what I need to. Plus she plugs ads seamlessly, the conversation will flow organically which will lead to a key point in a product she already loves & will tell us abt them. Almost all podcasts have ads, why not insert them different from everyone else? I feel like some of the listeners should give her grace!! Not everybody is for everyone, but I’m here for her!!! She’s a Mood ✨

    This is so relatable!
Lauren does a great job leading the conversation - I really enjoy these topics! -Elle Bradley, Host of the Lady Empire Podcast

    Lauren is an icon!
I love this podcast. Lauren is funny, introspective, fashionable and articulate! I love hearing her perspective on life at the moment every week. She really takes you with her on her life journey with humor, realness and wisdom. She feels like a friend opening up to you and/or talking you off of cliff. Keep doing what you do, Lauren!!
  • Nickyzzzy
    too many ads
I understand the importance of ads but the way she incorporates them to her “mood” is very irrelevant and a waste of time.
  • saradoane
current mood combo is I LOVE THIS PODCAST
thank you lauren for your vulnerability

    Mood Booster!
This is by far one of my favorite podcasts. LE speaks to my heart and is so raw with her experience of anxiety. I feel so heard and validated as I too have anxiety. The launching of the mood journal has been the best tool to listen along and navigate the lows and highs and in between of everyday life. It serves as a reminder that we are sometimes just a day away from a good day and reminds me to practice the things that help me feel better.
  • Justin Kaddon
    A mood booster for sure
I’ve been listening to your podcast for long time now but, you’ve helped me SO much this last week going through a breakup. From the mood boosters, to navigating the world of course correcting and living life with intention. You are such a light and a huge inspo🤍
  • calliejames
    Don’t love
Went into this podcast semi-blind as I saw a recommendation on a random tiktok and the premise intrigued me (mental health, anxiety, etc.) but I was not prepared for the sheer amount of ads & random product plugs and honestly just irrelevant tangents at the beginning of every episode. Literally skipped through the first 15 mins before even getting to the interview with the guest (the whole reason I wanted to listen in the first place…). The editing also seriously needs work - she just jumps into ads mid episode without warning and it confused me. Wanted to like it but just a bit disappointed. Oh well!

    Instant Mood Booster!
I’ve been following Lauren since her YouTube days and when I found out that she had a podcast, I immediately started binging it! Now that I’m all caught up, I get excited every time there’s a notification about a new episode! Mental health is something I care about deeply and I’m so glad that it is addressed on this podcast. I find myself relating to some of her best/worst moods at times and I learn something new every week! Definitely one of my go-to podcasts!!

    This human is beyond insufferable
  • :( not good at all!
    Ad reads…
First time listener, came here for the “video you’ve been waiting for” about her journey with drinking. The ad reads we’re so abrupt it really took me out of it. On a journey of sobriety myself, I hope others can get something out of her story.

    Always brightens my mood
This podcast always manages to turn around my day, and put a smile on my face! Such a calming and uplifting podcast that reminds us that no-one truly has everything figure out, but there are ways to make every situation better and we’re all in it together. Love the best mood/ worst mood as a little reminder to always find the good, even in the bad.

    always a BEST MOOD
this podcast is absolutely hands down one of the most real and authentic podcasts out there. lauren does an amazing job of showing up with honesty in all aspects. its all so relatable and i love hearing her mood boosters every week!
  • Ash0119887654
The newest episode has been my favorite so far
I commend Lauren so much for speaking about this sobriety journey. Just because you get sober for a time period doesn’t mean you NEED to for life. I’ve gone through the same thing. I don’t think she’s placing blame at all speaking about her relationship. I love her for this.
  • og father
    good but could be better
good topics but too many commercials

    Gabby Bernstein episode
Love the podcast but Gabby Bernstein makes me really uneasy, feels like praying on the emotionally vulnerable. I don’t write reviews ever but I felt compelled to say this. I would not look to her for life advice. Real trained therapists do not say the things she says nor do they make such dramatic and all encompassing statements.

    An Absolute YES
    Loved episode 108.

    Worst podcast.
Lauren is a narcissistic. This podcast is a JOKE. Please stop complaining about your life. We are over it.
  • io7tp
    What in the actual heck….
I used to listen to this podcast all the time, but somehow the valley girl accent has gotten worse with her leaving LA and every other word is literally/actually/obsessed. It’s so hard to wait for the small batches of deep and meaningful conversations when most of it is so surface level.
  • bxbx101
    Content revolves around ads
“Mood boosters” are all ads. Come on..
  • a_1378
    Love MOOD!
Lauren's podcast is truly one of my favorites. I've listened to every single episode and I am just obsessed w how comforting and soothing Lauren's voice is. the beginning of each episode feels like catching up with a friend and I love so many of the guests she's had on!
  • Jessgop22468
    Ugh I hate to say
But I used to love her YouTube channel so I was excited about the podcast, but it’s complaint after complaint & repetitive talks about her anxiety. The YouTube, Instagram & podcast are exact replicas of each other and all of them seem to be lagging. I love that she may be out there living life & being in the moment.. but maybe focus on just one of these platforms during that time! That way content isn’t late or something doesn’t “come up” every week, month etc
  • beckkwild
Look forward to it every week!
Every week I look forward to the episode coming out, a lot of podcasts are so fast paced and scripted. Lauren’s feels authentic, raw, and real. Also so random but her voice is soothing and is enjoyable!
  • AirliaMartz
    Thoughtfully Created & Honest
This podcast is like listening to your best friend talk. Lauren’s honesty and awareness is refreshing and inspires me as a listener to take more better steps for myself to change my mental health. You’ll connect easily to the topics and Lauren’s personality. I loved that the ads were mixed into the content, as well, as it had an easy flow and listen. Thank you for creating this Lauren, I’ll be listening in the new year!
