August Rivers HumanitiesHit or MissLoved the caffeine episode. I found the specifics from the Dr. very useful. The protein episode was just OK for me. I could have done without the personal trainer’s name and workout style. I would rather have access to the information on amino acids. The responses to inquiries for those who Don t eat animal products were met with recommendations to eat dairy, eggs and fish and the salad recipe for tuna with almonds 🤮. I liked the info on calculating weight to needed protein. This could have been expanded on to include current weight verses goal weight. They might have discussed complete plant based proteins and how to measure the combinations. Quinoa, buckwheat. Beans and rice, dairy substitutes, soy. How to navigate food, takeout, recipes, hacks. , budgeting, ethical farms, healthiest choices for meat Etc.

Ceiling fan guyImprove your indoor air qualityThis episode discussed dust, hvac filters, gas stoves, portable air purifiers…. Nothing collects dust like a ceiling fan …. No mention of ceiling fans .. perfectly located to move air and collect dust …. A common, average size ceiling will move around 3500 cubic feet of air per minute…. An HVAC system in a 2000 square foot house will move around 1200 cubic feet of air per minute …. Ceiling fans are a green energy product, and move more air than your HVAC system …. You can put air filters on ceiling fans to filter all of that air!!! …. You guys dropped the ball on this one … I would enjoy an opportunity to discuss this with someone … Scott Robinette…. Lefty LandLike can you like stop with the word like it’s too muchPlease. It’s hard to listen with all of the “likes.” Edit the word like in your hosts dialogue. It’s overused and detracts from the content.

Athena-_-AtheneLifekit health- how to talk to your latinx parent about mental healthThis podcast hits all the key points to get help for your mental help one way or another. They go into depth on how to start the “uncomfortable” conversations with your family about not only your mental health but theirs as well. I believe this episode hits so close to home and needs to be heard by every latinx in my community because we all don’t realize we need to take care eachother not just physically but mentally in order to break the cycle of sweeping it under the rug. We can go as a whole and finally heal for our future generations.💕

ACHESENGreat podConsidering how short each episode is, I like how they cram so much important info in that short amount of time. We can’t expect them to answer everything but it’s helped my life a lot!

Special K BRacism, privilege, etc. Here is a quote from the interviewed "expert" of the Nov. 5, 2020 episode; "You want to be color-blind, which is probably the worst thing you can do, because you're denying somebody's entire identity." Entire identity ??? Excuse me, but I would prefer to be judged by the content of my character rather than the color of my skin, and every single one of my friends, regardless of their race or ethinic background, feels the same way. You are the weakest link. Good-bye! ... (Unsubscribe)

Bingo_96Good OverallI like this podcast, although I wish you would have had an RD on the intuitive eating episode. Intuitive eating has become very popular over the last few years, but it is not a new idea. I wish you guys would have at least credited the dietitians that came up with the original framework if you’re not going to bring in an expert in that field.

joannm298Best EverI love the life kit podcasts. You address common issues in a way that makes common sense. I have not listened to one podcast that I haven’t learned something I didn’t know and I’m old. Keep up the great work. Thank you
