I love listening to the podcast while I run. I listen to Dean and crew on Mondays and Wednesdays while I do my 5 mile run. It is funny and helps pass the time while I torture myself. The best is when I am concentrating on getting up a hill and Dean and Schwanny bounce off each other with stupid stuff and I crack up laughing. Keep on keeping on!
