Wish I found this podcast sooner! I’m almost embarrassed how much I’ve binge listened the past week weeks!! I love it! 🔎🧬

Obviously, I’m a SVU super fan. Listening to other SVU super fans is such a blast. That being said, sometimes the hosts say things/have said things that have not aged well. You should be able to separate fictional characters with real life police officers. Blaming victims of police brutality is always in bad taste.

I love SVU and I love all the hosts! My favorite part is how they lovingly nitpick the show. It’s exactly how I watch the show! Especially Taylor’s obsession with particular lines/moments. Always makes me laugh! Love you too Yael!

“The ESPN of podcasts”. What does this even mean? ESPN hasn’t been relevant in about 15 years. What type of comparison are you trying to make? It makes no sense at all. Can you explain on the next episode what this is supposed to mean? Also, ESPN is on every day. You have been silent since November. Explain that too.

This aftershow is my life. I love SVU, but after giving several episodes of this podcast a try it's just not for me. Too much giggling and off-topic chatting. Not enough critical discussion of the show itself (not every episode of SVU is as great as these podcasters seem to think they are).

I've been listening to this show for a while and decided to share a review. My best friend and I used to watch SVU together every week and chat about it after. She passed away not too long ago and I miss the moments we had laughing about barisi and chatting about the show. Your podcast and cheery banter keep me going and remind me of her in the best possible way. Thank you.

I recently moved out of the US to a country where SVU does NOT play on the TV. I've loved the show for years, but now it's the one piece of America I really allow myself (with desperate searches to find the show after it airs each week in the USA online haha). Several of my friends and I used to watch SVU together and while they still send me their spoiler-free reactions now as they're watching each episode, I really appreciate having this aftershow to listen to cause it makes up for not being able to actually talk to my wild gang. I can listen to this aftershow as soon as I finish the latest episode (usually when America is asleep) and it helps a lot! Thanks y'all!

Gosh I can't believe that it's already the end of season 17 for Law and Order SVU. Time has gone so fast, but I'm so ready for season 18. Big fan of the afterbuzz show. One throwback episode I think you guys should talk about is "Charisma" from season 6 episode 7. One scene in particular that sticks out to me was when Mariska's character Olivia Benson was interrogating the mother of the pregnant 12 year old. Mariska's acting in that scene was phenomenal and Emmy material. Thanks for this afterbuzz show...it's the best and you all rock. By the way, congratulations to Isabelle Du on her engagement!!!!

I just started listening/watching this aftershow just a few months ago. I don't know how I lived without this podcast before! The panel is truly fantastic and you're able relive the show with them every episode. SVU deals with some heavy topics, but this aftershow is great at depicting the episode while still having so much fun. The entrire panel is just an absolute joy! If you are a fan of SVU you will absolutely love this podcast!

I found this show while contemplating starting my own second podcast to discuss one of my favorite shows, Law & Order SVU. I really wanted to review SVU in a humorous way but was concerned about making light of the reality of the horrible crimes depicted on SVU. I was only a little disappointed to find there was already a great SVU discussion show at Afterbuzz TV. This squado perfectly walk the line between enjoying the fun of the show while respecting the reality of the heavy topics at hand. Yael's encyclopedic SVU knowledge, disdain for babies, and Benson like leadership make her a great commander. Lauren, shipper and predicter, queen of the yoga pants, is a great Lieutenant. Isabelle, the sweet and elegant, always brings in interesting topics relating to the episode, making her an excellent detective. Jesse J, the Fin of the bunch, is hilarious and honest. He also brings the important perspective of a disrespected minority of which I too belong, The DJ. Big fan of the whole squado. Only the 5 star button works so 5 stars!

Finally a place where I can hear other SVU-obsessed people!!! I, too, know others who don't like Olivia (fools). Would love to have y'all go back and discuss some of the better Elliot episodes. Bang is a great one (John Stamos) and the Robin Williams one. And Zebras one. So many!!!! Love y'all!

Law and Order SVU is a very dark and dramatic show. I feel that the afterbuzz aftershow is the perfect companion to the series. Listining to the podcast/ or watching on youtube after seeing the show will definitley make it a better viewing experience. The host do a great job of discussing very serious subjects and analyzing the show while at the same time providing a fun sense of humor.

You guys bring humor to these sometime tragic episodes and I admire that!! My only two complaints are that One it isn't longer and two that Yael hasn't warmed up to Noah! Come one! Lol 😂😂

I love listening to most of the Afterbuzz Recap shows but this 1 Ive tried on two different occasions & both times I couldnt finish. All the Laughing while discussing serious topics was just too much.

I've only been listening the past 4 shows. It's great to listen to before you watch the newest episode because they don't spoil all of it but give you an idea of it. I love law and therefore I love this show. Keep up the show guys :).

Hearing super fans discuss SVU so well that it feels almost like a casual conversation between friends on a not so casual serious topics makes the podcast great because SVU it's self is serious and it's nice to re look at the episode from a different light. But at the same time there is always a good PSA notice and phone number given within the podcast, so I am sure that helps various victims get help. Where are the new Episodes I miss this podcast; I want the hosts take on this new episode about Cassidy's soon to be brother in law.

Love this podcast, but have been missing and patiently waiting for new episodes. Hope the ladies come back soon!!

This is my new favorite podcast. I have loved SVU for years and this podcast features two hosts that make it feel more like I'm chatting with friends about SVU and not listening to a formal podcast. I love their unique point of view and their fun make-light-of-a-serious-topic humor while simultaneously dealing with the hard subject matter. It makes for a wonderful, engaging, fun, and informative show. I've never listened to AdterBuzz TV before but because of this podcast I know listen through iTunes and YouTube. The only thing I HATE about this podcast is that it starts in season 16. I wonder what it would take to get the hosts to do after buzz shows for the previous seasons of SVU?!

My love for SVU has only been going on for like a year or so but i have had the chance to see a lot of the older episodes. Love that you guys go so in depth into the show. you take the issues seriously but also make it very light at some points without being insensitive. really glad i found this!

I have a bunch of afterbuzz aftershows that I watch. Probably too many. But, I had to make room for the SVU aftershow in my lineup. The hosts have great chemistry. They are very detailed on the episodes being discussed, as well as, the history of the show. They also talk a bit about the actual cases. Where they may have been inspired from and actual laws pertaining to the case. It's also a fun listen. I recommend it to anyone that watches the show.

Not only have I been waitig for this, now that it is here, it is so good. You guys go so indepth with the episode and real life experiences, I feel like I am actually learning something.

Ugh this is like a dream come true!!! I've been waiting a very long time:) this panel is great I can't wait for more:)
