Let's be honest. Westworld season one was fantastic. Season two, eh. But you know what didn't drop in quality? LSG's coverage of the series. That's right, ya bunch of hedonistic amusement park guests, this podcast is better than a trip to the Westworld brothel and it doesn't cost you an arm and a leg. Plus, you won't even risk contracting some sort of robotic clap... probably. So pop those earbuds in and listen to the sweet sounds of Dean and Jessica talking about robots, consciousness, shoot 'em ups, and all sorts of sci-fi western shenanigans.

You would think if you’re doing a podcast about Westworld, you’d know some things about the show. Not the case for the female host. I couldn’t even get through it because she was so annoying and clueless about the show. The guy is decent though. Get a new cohost please.

This is an awesome companion podcast to Westworld. I've been binging the show and podcast concurrently. This podcasts provides some insights to the show that I didn't catch on my watch of the show. Another great podcast from the LSG Media crew.

Love the show, great sound and production value, the banter between hosts is hilarious and the scene by scene breakdowns of Westworld are great because often I'm working while watching and I may miss something, thanks LSG another great podcast!

Great recaps. Excellent theory discussion and analysis. Hosts (get it?) are funny and insightful. Solid entertainment.

I decided to be nice and give them two stars because i enjoy Dean on his other podcasts. The female co host is unbearable . I had to fast forward thru their dialogue about how she hates a different character each week because they're stupid. She brings no value, wit, or insight. Dean stop wasting time our time correcting her . She doesn't get it. For the love of Odin, dump her already.

Is this the same LSG Media that produces TWD podcast? Where is Matthew? LSG's Westworld podcast is next to impossible to listen to with Dean's new co-host, Jessica. She needs to get out of the podcasting career field. Jessica's input in a nutshell: repeatedly labels characters as d-bags, randomly hates female characters for no reason, whines like a teenager, and lacks the ability to provide even an inkling of adult/intelligent insight. I enjoyed your GOT podcasts but what has happened here? Dean seems like he can't stand jess. The bickering and passive aggressiveness is getting difficult to listen to. Think you guys maybe better served working with different partners.

Dean plays chill father figure to Jessica's bratty daughter... no idea if they're actually related. Still remained subscribed. HOWEVER, Jessica, Honey, sober up before you record. I was embarrassed FOR you. And I don't care to be... cut her loose! To Jessica- Good Lord! Speak sensibly or at least comically, or stick to your 14 year old friends, Girl. And slurring is just unacceptable. I was subscribed, now I recommend a pass... sorry Dean.

LSG has this category of podcast locked down. The mix of analysis and humor is perfect.

Would love a more in depth analysis by Jessica but I love the chemistry between the two of you. Disappointed to see you so far down on the list of west world podcasts.

I usually have about 5 or 6 podcasts out of my current 94 that are my "favorites" to the point where I will immediately download them when there's a new episode and relish the anticipation of listening to what the hosts have to say. Out of those 5 or 6, Without Limits is currently sitting pretty at number 1. The pairing of Dean and Jessica is perfect. They have great chemistry together even when they're snapping at each other, and they both have very valuable insights and hilarious quirks that enrich the experience. Dean is well versed in story structure and how music works or doesn't work within the frame of a given film or show, and he is very insightful; he often latches onto a simple phrase or even a word spoken in a key moment and uses it to open up a much deeper understanding of what's happening in the show. When listening to what he has to say, I constantly question myself on how I could have missed such an awesome point. Jessica, on the other hand, is a much more average media consumer in that she approaches what she's watching as people usually do, not so much with a highly critical eye, but with an open mind and a willingness to be entertained. But that's where the "average" ends. She can easily recognize quality story telling and is not afraid to call shows out if they're garbage (even when it's not a popular opinion). She has an extremely quick wit, doesn't back down from Dean when he (sometimes strongly) disagrees, and has hilarious outbursts at any given moment that usually matches what I'm feeling. I used to wonder what it would be like to be on an episode with these two and then realized there'd be an overlap because she's usually saying exactly what I'm thinking (except for banging-men stuff). I read a couple of reviews here that bashed Jessica and shook my head in puzzled pity. Puzzled because Jessica is pretty much objectively great, and pitying because these reviewers must be the generally-jealous and negative types who hate puppies and kick cats when they think no one is looking. Save your reviews and go listen to a Chris Hardwick podcast you morons.

Basically, this podcast consists of listening to the main host ( Dean) coach a child ( Jessica) through the dialogue of the entire podcast. If they think this banter is amusing or entertaining, it is not. Bottomline , Westworld is a fantastic edition to the HBO lineup. There are numerous other WW podcasts that are both informative and entertaining. I suggest you look elsewhere.

I love these two. I listen to a TON of podcasts and I annoy my friends with my need to pick apart everything so naturally, I turned to podcasts when Westworld started. You guys have great show analysis but what makes you different are how funny you are together and how well you interact. Don't listen to the dummies that may criticize. I laugh out loud when I'm listening and that doesn't happen often. Jessica, even if I'm doubting the theory, you keep on it. You're both awesome and entertain the hell out of me. Thanks for that!

LSG Media has yet another great podcast in their stable. Jessica and Dean provide solid analysis and lots of laughs, with great personal chemistry. Fair warning: There's a lot of vulgarity and obscenity; if those things bother you, this one may not be for you.

I love all of lsg media's podcasts. This was is just as funny as Game of Thrones and Walking Dead. I love Jessica and Dean!

I wish I could give this 5 stars...but I can't. I am giving this 2.5 stars b/c one of the hosts, Dean, is awesome. However, Jessica, his cohost, drags the podcast down. To put it bluntly, she is very hard to listen to. I came across this podcast because I am a huge fan of his other podcasts (TWD). Unlike his other podcasts, the Westworld podcast is almost unbearable due to Jessica. She constantly whines and provides nothing of substance: no insight, no original ideas. Dean will lead with an informative analysis, but Jessica constantly interrupts with snarky comments to include how she wants to sleep with the male characters. I have friends who listen to this podcast, and the GOT podcast which she co-hosts, who feel the same way; we just have to fast forward through her commetns. Listen to me Dean - find another co-host!

Another great LSG Media podcast for the awesome new HBO show Westworld! Dean & Jessica do a great job of breaking down each episode while keeping you highly and hilariously entertained.

And Game of Thrones, Dean and Jess nail it. They don't miss a thing and they can pivot from nuanced, insight to weener jokes like they're magic. Which they are.

Insightful, this podcast will make you see different perspectives. The episodes are broken down really well and may shed light on things you may have missed.

Got into LSG media through their Stranger Things podcast, which was a lot of fun. The hosts have great chemistry with a good mix of insightful comments and comedy. Also enjoying the Science Fiction Film podcast looking forward to the journey through Westworld.

The LSG team is back with Westworld. I subscribe to every podcast they do and they simply kill it every time. Humor, adult language, serious commentary and insightful breakdown of material make the LSG team the best at what they do.

Dean and Jess kill it again in this podcast. 'Westworld' was a terrific show which is made even better by their insights and observations. Everything LSG covers is great, so don't stop with this. Check out their Science Fiction Film Podcast, The Hawkins Report (about 'Stranger Things'), Dean and Josh tackle 'X-Files', and of course, 'Game of Thrones'! These folks are putting out tremendous content and if you don't subscribe, you're pretty much cheating yourself.

Right from the very beginning you guys are killing it again! Lsg media covers science fiction movies and some of my favorites have been some of the off beat movies such as her and ex machina. This one is a perfect fit for dean and Jessica.

Another great podcast from Dean and Jessica over at LSG Media. As usual they are both insightful and juvenile, but in the best way possible. If you want a fun podcast covering all the philosophical topics that this show will bring up while still making you laugh, this is it!
