Helen in AZRad ebikesGreat show! My husband and I have Rad folding bikes that fit in the back of our electric car. Since we live in a rural area, we find it best to load the bikes and a trailer for our small dog and drive to another location for a safer ride. We are able to charge the bikes from our small off-grid solar system. The Rad bikes are amazing and have given us lots of enjoyment-hope you and Rick keep riding! Helen

cocodojoStill a great podcastSorry to hear your listeners are on the decline. I haven’t listened in a minute; but I like your everyday just doing a little this and a little that. Seems like my reality. I can’t put my finger on it. I find your beginner mind appealing. Sometimes I get overwhelmed by the creator that has everything if you understand me.
-
SeanGeaghanAmazingAlways amazing content! I love listening to Eric and friends while I drive. Also recommend his YouTube channel!
-
Heather BoGreat Content! An interesting range of topics and engaging guests make Eric's podcast both highly entertaining and informative!

FfhexthjuBest DIY Podcast!I’ve been listening to every episode of Eric and GardenFork for more than a decade (has it been that long). It is in my top 3, after searching and trying to many dozens of podcasts. I learn something useful from every episode, and it is just like pleasant to listen to. Very motivating, well made, and interesting.
-
jpdupTop notch!I’ve been enjoying the show for quite some time. I don’t often have time for many podcasts but this has always been a go to for me. Keep up the great work!
-
shortherb1Gardenfork and I go way backI have been listening to Gardenfork since 2010 when it was just Eric and Mike! And I still am just as excited to listen today. Eric is so down to earth. I feel like he is my very good friend, and he is talking to just me. I too have Labs. I love them and I love this show. Riding the subway on one of Eric’s days in New York was a most creative podcast! So interesting. I felt like I was there with him. I would never make it there with that seemingly complicated train system. We drive everywhere in California.

Caregiver 101Eclectic Garden fork RadioI was looking for all the gardening podcast, & I found yours more interesting to listen to with diverse topics besides gardening. I am new to gardening & your podcast motivate me to learn something new. Thank you Rick & to your friends guests. Enjoy listening to your show.

AOG3Good show. I especially like the cooking parts.Good show. I especially like the cooking parts. I have enjoyed some of the chit chat between Eric and guests. It can get a little long at times but it’s a pod cast so I have complete control of the length.

Michlle adkinsEXCEPTIONAL NORMAL FOLKSDIY, COOKING, GARDENING, BEE KEEPING, & ENTERTAINING! Normal everyday people research, troubleshoot, and report on the same tasks, projects, and experiences that most all of us encounter at some point in life.
-
UtmeyerBest DIY podcast!Rick and guest, I have been listening to your podcast and watching your YouTube videos since college. Your straight forward go try something attitude truly inspires me to try projects around the house I would have never tried before. Also the food videos are amazing and I really enjoy how you show your mistakes, not everything is perfect.

TmzzaTruly appreciatedThere are few things in life that I do religiously. 1- I make sure I tell my family I love them every day. All that is happening in today’s world only reaffirms my belief in this. 2- I treat my neighbor kindly and only the way I’d like to be treated. 3- No matter how trying the times may get, I never loose sight of my passion. That which helps keep me together and grounded. For some it’s meditation, for me it’s my watercolor painting. 4- I only listen to positive, uplifting and educational media. Over the years, the GardenFork channel and now the podcast, has slowly climbed up my list to the point that besides other artistic YouTube channels and podcasts, they have become my go to uploads to watch and listen to. I always look forward to your content and my 3am morning commute to work wouldn’t be the same without you guys. Please keep up the great work my friends, You are very much appreciated. Best Regards, Tony ( Antonio Mazzola Watercolors )

dsudancerOne of my favoritesI love Eric and Friends! Eclectic DIY cooking, fixing, doing, gardening, etc. I am always learning something or getting a new perspective when I listen to the podcast or watch the You Tube videos. Thank you all for sharing your knowledge.

SvenhardDone is better than perfect!Hey Eric and friends! I have been waiting for a good time to sit down and write a proper review about GardenFork and what what it means to others and myself, and I figured “done is better than perfect!” I seem to always listen to your podcast when I am in route to do something that might be stressful, and your podcast offers me some relief when I am in that kind of moment. Listening to your show is like hanging out with friends, and solving the worlds problems over a cup of coffee, which sometimes gets a little mad sciencey, but I love it! Thank you and keep up the good work! Steve H.

Pete in CTGreat PodcastI accidentally found this podcast looking for a gardening show, but thought, hey, DIY is useful, and in this case it certainly is. I've learned a lot and appreciate the delivery - Eric and his guests' laid back but informative style. Keep 'em coming!
-
chesseheadbruceFun and Informative PodcastMy Daughter and Son in Law's black lab said to give a five star rating for gardenfork radio. He loves playing with the DIY rope toy I made for him that I learned how to make from a gardenfork video. The radio show show often talks about interesting DIY projects and it's not uncommon for the host of the show to ask for listeners input for other radio shows and videos. How cool is that? It’s been a show I’ve listened to for years and the content and host keep it interesting.
-
Drawing maniac 2Fun PodcastIn this negative world, this podcast is always comforting, informative, and very enjoyable to listen to. Eric and his friends have a way to make everything they do interesting, even things I never thought I would be interested in.

Knightmare1ptinker specialistEric and friends are great at tinkering around. It might work??? it might not? But your just along for the ride and it fun to lesson too.
-
TehCecilInformative and fun.Eric and crew are great. It’s like sitting around the kitchen table catching up with friends. It these days where bad news permeates almost all forms of entertainment this is a very welcome refuge. I just wish I found GF earlier.

K&LGrammyRegistered dietician episodeYour interview with Rebecca was fascinating. She was knowledgeable and well spoken. I learned so much from listening and look forward to hearing her again.
-
AdrianaW.Registered Dietitian Tells AllReally enjoyed listening to Rebecca talk about all things nutrition. Learned something new about the different strains of yogurt and their benefit to our gut health. So good! Thank you Gardenfork Radio for sharing so many interesting and informative topics!
-
ok8Down to earth and informativeI absolutely love this podcast and videos. Eric and friends provide an entertaining and easy to listen to show very week. It’s rare to find a podcast my kids can also listen to in the car- my 5 year old even talked to her kindergarten class about the process of making maple syrup solely due to Eric’s videos! ❤️ Keep up the great work!
-
mSU RDRice and BeansJust listened to your rice and beans episode; very enjoyable and a good glimpse into the use of complimentary protein. You get my Registered Dietitian stamp of approval! I love your podcasts and appreciate a non-political, practical, and entertaining alternative to my drive-time listening. I’m all ears on anything food, foodie, nutrition, health, or DIY in general. Keep up the great work and thanks so much!! Rebecca Trepasso 🙋🏻♀️👍😊

Deekay38.01Enjoyable and Approachable DIY ShowI have really enjoyed this show for many years, and also love the Youtube channel too. Sometimes it is a solo show with commentary on DIY projects, sometimes there's interviews with regular guests or new guests, always presenting something interesting. Very approachable manner and topics are everyday issues we encounter, whether gardening, cooking, storm preparation, DIY repairs etc. Eric is also quick to respond with suggestions or commentary via emails. This one survived the cut when I had to reduce my overwhelming podcast load!
-
David McClellanA Gem of a PodcastI started listening to GardenFork Radio several years ago. Don't have Honeybees, or Maple trees, don't boil sap for to make syrup. Probably won't ever repair a funance, or build a boat, or have the need. Eric does not like Wind Chimes, and I do, but that's ok . Why listen? Because out of all of this randomness I gleam tid bits of 'Ah-ha' moments. Tidbits of information I would never hear anywhere. Over the years, I have stored the 'tidbits' away and many times a task is made easier from one or more of those 'tidbits', 'Pearls of Wisdom'. Great Job Eric, Rick, and Will.. and the cast of many.
-
harkinnaSpend some time with Eric and his friendsWhat I love about Eric's show is that it's real: he tries things, he discusses things, life goes sideways, and we get to hear about it. After listening to all of the old podcasts and weekly, I feel like I've got a new friend who inspries me to make and try new things. Let's do this and see what happens. Listen along while gardening, yelling at the lawnmower you are trying to repair, or while coneplating beekeeping. You won't be disappointed.

HeimpcLove GardenFork Radio!I’ve been listening to Eric for several years and still love it! I am often working in my garden when I am listening and I always learn something from Eric and his guests. I love GardenFork Radio podcasts! Eric has a variety of interesting topics and guests in every episode. I never have to worry about the content if my grandkids are around and I learn something every week. Anyone interested in gardening, cooking and DIY should listen to GardenFork Radio!
-
ndhvhanLove it!I’ve been a listener since the early years, and I still look forward to every episode and YouTube video! I love the authenticity of Eric’s approach. “Done is better than perfect”, is heard throughout, and you are left feeling encouraged and empowered to go out and try new things! The podcast guests are always fun, too! I truly enjoy every episode, even when it’s something I wouldn’t normally be interested in. There’s just something about the way GardenFork does it that makes it interesting and enjoyable! Keep up the great work, Eric & crew! Melissa from KC

Bmaster13A visit with a good friend! Redux2019 update: Eric has really dedicated himself to improving the podcast and his videos! Taking classes, upgraded equipment, and elevated confidence! A must listen for the DIY enthusiast. Eric and his friends host an eclectic DIY, homesteading, gardening, cooking and much more podcast. Eric is a longtime YouTube video blogger and has extended it to this podcast. He splits his time between Brooklyn and his cabin in the woods. Each episode is a fun mix of topics on whatever is holding their interest at the moment. Each episode feels like a visit with good friends who have lots of practical advice. I credit Eric with giving a city-boy like me the courage to buy and fix up a cabin in the woods. You will learn, you will laugh and you will be inspired to try something new!

BillWestDeep dive on being handyI grew up as a kid fascinated with the “ Foxfire” books and Eric’s homespun advice and how-tos reminds me a lot of those books. YouTube channel is also a must. Great info and fun to listen to.

Sandmn1903A must for the do it yourselfers hiding in all of usIf you can fine , if you can’t , you need to listen to Eric on Gardenfork . He brings us inspiration from his own experience and his fine guests every week. Also check out his YouTube channel Gardenfork

SweeperforceFeedbackHey Eric and gang, A few podcasts ago you asked for what other podcasts we, the listeners, tune in to and some YouTube/podcasts ideas. I like to listen to Living Homegrown with Theresa Lowe, Gardenerd with Christy Wilhelmi, and NCRP with Matha Foley just to name a few. I have a few ideas for your YouTube channel. I know you like to keep your life private form the internet but how about a day in the life of Eric. What’s does Eric’s day look like? Surf fishing, a tour of Brooklyn, a spring or summer walk through of Green-Wood cemetery. And lastly take us along when you go to work. I agree I think Rick should have his own podcast too. He’s very knowledgeable, has a lot of to offer, and he’s a Veteran, thank you Rick for you service. Great work on both your podcasts and your channel. Thank you and your guests. Tom T.

From Patterson NYFrom a faithful viewer (YouTube) and listener (podcast)I’m not one to write iTunes reviews. This might be my first. It’s long overdue but deserved for Eric. I’ve watched many of his videos (catching up on the older ones) and listened to most of his podcasts. I really enjoy Eric’s way of speaking. Is he a professionally trained speaker, polished, and edited? Not sure but probably not. But that’s what makes his programs easy to view/listen to. It’s a refreshing change. Nothing pretentious. Down to earth. It comes through both in his videos and podcasts. Most times his videos are just himself and his elusive camera operator. His podcasts frequently include his salt-of-the-earth-type friends and guests who are quite interesting too. The length of his videos and podcasts are just right. His candor, ie mistakes are endearing. He’s just a normal guy sharing his experiences. Think of him as the neighbor you’d like to have next door or down the road. Got a problem - he’s probably knowledgeable on the solution or at least willing to roll up his sleeves and figure it out. He strikes me as the kind of person who would actually help out too. His programs are a How To smorgasbord! The content is appealing, and such a wide variety: bees, maple syrup, small engine repair, gardening, cold frames, seed collecting, pruning, clearing a clogged drain, and a bunch more. Reminds me of This Old House in a way but from a normal guy. I formerly lived in Brooklyn Heights (near his NY city residence) and now live in the Hudson Valley a short stones throw from the Connecticut border (not too far from his other residence). I can appreciate his experience from both areas. Listening to the podcasts are great for winding down at the end of the day. I’m grateful they contain no loud music, no long intros, and no membership drives. And thrilled he stays clear of politics and controversy. Oh, love the pups too.

Abefroman123The best way to start your Saturday! As always a great show with a great cast of characters. Garden for is one of the best DIY podcasts out there (Note - Eric, this was posted by the Apple podcast app - just Goto the bottom of the feed and the option is there to post)
-
Rbhill66Pizza ovenI really enjoy the broad range of topics. I didn’t want to put out the kind of money to have a contractor build a brick oven. After listening to your podcast I decided to do it myself. Now we have family nights making pizzas and memories. I would of never attempted this without your done is better motto. Thanks for the years of listening. I will try to send pics. Richard Southern Ohio
-
farmerscottrSo enjoyableI truly enjoy the conversations had on this podcast! I travel 45 mins to work and it’s always a joy to turn my brain off and think of something else than work and driving. Always learning something. Thanks Eric.
-
BlattinI Only Wish The Podcast Were Longer!I love Eric and his menagerie of guests. I turn to the archives for new listening when I run out of new podcasts. And Eric and Rick almost make me want to get a dog. I already got suckered into the tomatoes. Worth a listen!!!

rescue.46Great podcast.Keep up the great work.
-
jplemayGreat PodcastStarted back at the beginning and watched the evolution and growth. Great tips and topics and used the home repair tips on my house.
-
sjwaltonSomething for everyoneI've been listening to GardenFork for years. Eric's down-to-earth (and down-in-the-earth when he's gardening) topics and advice are always worth a listen, whether he’s talking about home repair, DIY maker projects (who doesn’t want a brick pizza oven?), cooking, gardening, beekeeping, maple syrup and the occasional technology geek-out. His regular co-host, Rick, is also a wealth of information – just ask him about tomatoes & grow lights. But wait, there’s more . . . Eric also has guest co-hosts who share their expertise on a variety of topics. You never know who is going to show up on the podcast, but you’ll never be disappointed. And if you don’t learn something, you probably weren’t paying attention.
-
diy_danWeekly dose of DIYThank you Eric for putting on the podcast, it’s my weekly dose of DIY. The wide range of topics and down to earth attitudes make this a super fun program to listen to. I look forward to this show every week as well as the YouTube videos. Thanks!
-
TexasTJSA Fun Friendly ChatLike sitting at the table and listening to a good friend (or friends) chat and provide helpful information. Thanks Eric.
-
jsvanaulenGreat Podcast!Quality podcast with interesting topics discussed including gardening, cooking, technology, diy, work, life, anything, etc. I love the personal touch, as they're not just talking at you: it's a conversation between Eric and his friends and you're along for the ride. If you're a fan of the Gardenfork videos on YouTube, this is a great way to see another side of Eric. The way he articulates his thoughts gives you a sense of just how intelligent and insightful he is.
-
MonicagaPerfect for Listening in the Car and Puttering around the House, like Eric! Thanks Eric! I'm enjoying Gardenfork Radio as much as Real World Green and Gardenfork Videos! Monica
